Thank you for the feedback and waiting for this feature with patience. We have enabled download of a meeting attendance list during a meeting. This is released for general availability. Please note this feature is turned off by default, and needs to be enabled via admin policy.

Note: We are continuing to work on enabling download after a meeting has concluded, as well.

I need to see who attends meetings and/or training sessions to make sure information is reaching the right audience.
I just want something similar to the Outlook Calendar Tracking feature:
Name, Response (Accepted, No Response, Declined), Attended (Y/N)
The length of time they were on the meeting would be nice to have, but not strictly necessary as a first step.

1. Of those invited, who/how many have joined
2. History of their attendance
3. Frequency of attendance

Currently as schools are with online sessions, can the database of the students held with the teacher automatically pick up the online presence of the students and fill it up.
The next level of attendance (to ensure that kids are actually sitting in from of their devices) would be is to take the voice signatures of the students and as they speak, the attendance list gets filled in.

1.The information I would need is to be able to take the attendance of the students in my class room,
the date and time and Class attended, engagement of the student, and assignment completed or being work on -

A tab for "attendance" or "participation" and a list of all dates and what students participated in: meet up, conversations, assignments, etc. Each one could be a different icon/color to represent who in the group has been active and who we need to check in with and support further

Are you looking for a Gradebook-like experience to track student attendance throughout the class? YES
Will this be used primarily for online classes and online training, or needed for physical classrooms too? ONLINE BUT PHYSICAL FOR THE FUTURE WOULD BE NICE. -

If you would like the ability to download the student attendance list from within a Teams meeting, Yes, we want the ability to download attendance and print it. It would be nice to have them be required to enter their employee number when the sign the attendance roster. -

This is exactly what my airline is looking for. The FAA has very strict attendance rules for attendance by pilots during training. I need something that I can show the FAA that the pilots did attend the event. It gets printed and becomes part of their lifetime training record.
