Download attendance list in a Teams meeting
Download an attendance list from a Teams meeting
Thank you for the feedback and waiting for this feature with patience. We have enabled download of a meeting attendance list during a meeting. This is released for general availability. Please note this feature is turned off by default, and needs to be enabled via admin policy.
See documentation for this feature here: https://support.office.com/article/download-attendance-reports-in-teams-ae7cf170-530c-47d3-84c1-3aedac74d310
Note: We are continuing to work on enabling download after a meeting has concluded, as well.

I was able to download after the meeting for one day. Then it went away. Bottom line is, this is not going to work unless we can assign more than one organizer. Currently, I have to access the meeting as the organizer (meeting creator) and stay in the meeting (class) the whole full day session, then grab the report at the end of class. If I leave the session (internet hiccup, power outage or some other way), the list re-starts when the organizer re-enters.
It would be great if we coud see, in the list of attendance, if a student left on his own or if he was disconnected (by the teacher or someone else.)
Attendance reports are downloading as blank documents. Is this a bug?
Adrian Mannall commented
Whilst this is partially done it is not reliable. We have instances where an organizer has downloaded the attendee report only to find it blank or missing people who were definitely there.
Please improve this and better still get the ***** merging report available for download.

Also - Only the organizer can access the attendee list? What? So, when someone's assistant schedules a meeting for them but doesn't attend the meeting, what is the presenter to do?
Tried it and liked that it downloaded into a spreadsheet. Can't wait to be able to download it after the meeting as concluded!

It would be nice to be able to download the list post-meeting and not just during the meeting as a participant.
I have been able to download attendance files all week, but during my last class of the day, the files are now blank. I'm on a Mac, but it's worked before. I even tried opening the files in Microsoft Excel, but no luck.

In the current format, the attendance list is probably badly translated:
NAME Rejoint avant 5/20/2020, 8:16:57 AM
NAME Gauche 5/20/2020, 9:05:41 AM
NAME Rejoint 5/20/2020, 9:05:47 AM
NAME Gauche 5/20/2020, 9:19:15 AM
What does it even mean "Gauche" ??? Do you mean "Left" as in "exit" the meating? or "Left" as in "on my left" ?
Moreover, Teams does not indicate (anything) that the file was downloaded or that it even worked.

What would also be great would be if Teams kept a record of student attendance at meetings over time, which could be accessed by a teacher when required.

We have just turned this feature on in our environment. Our users complain that when they download the list, the filename is always the same. Maybe it could be named like the title of the meeting with the start date and time?
I would like to see who attends the full meeting and I like to see and record somehow who was active in a meeting.
Perhaps a transcript?
Name of attendee
Time attendee joined the meeting
Time the attendee left the meeting
Meeting attendance during training sessions and large customer meetings
Maybe this post can be merged to the https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/33989875-view-or-export-a-list-of-users-who-attended-a-meet?
We need this feature so our attendees can get credit for certification. They have to attend at least 75% of each training session, so we need attendee and time present

Would like to see a time punch (time in, time out, how long the person was attending), how many times the attendee used the "raiseyourhand" feature (this feature is comming soon I beleive).
