Download attendance list in a Teams meeting
Download an attendance list from a Teams meeting
Thank you for the feedback and waiting for this feature with patience. We have enabled download of a meeting attendance list during a meeting. This is released for general availability. Please note this feature is turned off by default, and needs to be enabled via admin policy.
See documentation for this feature here: https://support.office.com/article/download-attendance-reports-in-teams-ae7cf170-530c-47d3-84c1-3aedac74d310
Note: We are continuing to work on enabling download after a meeting has concluded, as well.
Is there an update on a hotfix for downloading the attendance list after a meeting has concluded? Any ETA on this?
Continue working...We need automatic download after each meeting!!!
And YESSS we need two columns : first name / last name !!!
I love being able to download the excel file and look forward to downloading it after the meeting has happened. Would it be possible to split the attendee names into a first name and a last name column. Teams default is alphabetical by first name, but our SIS/LMS is by last name. It would be nice to be able to sort them in the excel sheet.
I have checked the attendance report. It's counted who in the lobby as "Joined". However, it's suppose is only count who join the meeting, not in lobby. Also, if someone join the meeting using email, their name can show in mobile device, but show "Unknown user" in the report.
Please advise to fix those problem

Any update?? This was started in May. We are now heading into a new school year!!
can you at least set it up to send it to the organizer once the meeting concludes? e-mail it. it can even include times when people joined and left the meeting.
Please allow an option to include "Any Presenter" can download the list
The attendance report in CVS format better to have the columns like 1) name of child 2) Mobile Number of the parent 3) Name of Meeting/ team with from time and closing time 4) All time stamps of sign in and sign out of the meeting/team in single column. It is most useful to schools to communicate with parents or inform to parents by phone or SMS.

When will the feature for downloading after the meeting go live?

Yes, allowing the organizer to download the attendee list after the meeting is utmost necessary.
I wish the list included, the people that did not accept or attended as not accepting or unattended.
I wish it included more contact information like email or phone number.
Defintely need attendee email address included in the report.
Please include email of participants in the list, I would like to get unique id.
Is there any update on when this will be available for after a meeting?

If you can add time laps in column. We can see how many students attended by counting in excel column selection. Some times students had attended full time lecture but can't show his/her attendance in attendance sheet. Please solve the query.

I've noticed that participants appear in the attendance list (as Joined and Left) even when they've been called into the meeting in progress, but declined the call. i.e. they didn't actually join the meeting. The times for Join and Left appear to reflect the time someone issued the call to them and the time they declined (or the call timed out) respectively.
This seems pretty inaccurate as far as attendance records go - may need nuancing?

After the meeting is ended also it is quite desirable to enable the option to download attendees and absentees for a class. This is very much needed for schools.
May be email also should be included because this is unique.
The problem I encountered is a misalignment of the data regarding user activity reporting in Micrsoft Teams.
Let me explain, to a Teams I have associated members, they have attended a meeting.
During the meeting and / or end of the meeting I download the log in "Show participants".
Checking the log I realized that it does not keep the history of the whole connection, but makes a situation of that precise moment.
So I am forced to do multiple downloads at different times until the meeting closes and then merge them.
I tried, inside the administration interface of Teams to check the activity of the same user / meeting / day and I have an inconsistency on the connection times.
The optimal solution would be to have a report on connection times filtered by user / teams / channel / start date / end date.
