Revert Assignments Format – show all assignments across class teams
Keep the original teams assignment format where we would see all the assignments in one place for all classes. With this new format we have to enter into select classes to see assignments, making it very difficult and inconvenient. Please change back to the old format! It helps all of us stay organized by seeing all the assignments in one screen.

This new format is becoming a big issue for students. It means the tech now does not work for them (the whole purpose of tech and TEAMS) but creates issues for them.
The old system worked well and the students liked it. A change back to the previous format ASAP would be most welcomed by all students, parents and teachers alike.

Could we please have an update on this? It's driving my students crazy that they no longer have an overview of all their assigments across Teams.

TBH as a web full-stack developer, I have freaking no idea why is this taking Microsoft so long to implement. If this is something MS is reluctant to do, then I question even more the reason and logic behind it.

It originally did this, MS changed it when usage went through the roof at the start of lockdown. It needs bringing back urgently.

Assignments on the class makes sense. But having another view that is top-level with all the assignments for all the classes would really help visualize what is left to do for everything.

I have a lot of classes and even the teachers wish we could view all assignments at once. It would be great if you could put all the assignments in one and sort them by due date. I see a lot of people with this request so it is a NEED for Microsoft teams user.

I have seen at least 10 other posts with the same request. As a teacher, I agree this makes perfect sense for students to have a view and see ALL assignments for that day in one place. I hope this feature is possible soon!

change it back already the school year has started and its so hard seeing what assignments you have as u have to search!!!!!!! I AM TIRED!!! FIX IT ALREADY!!! I HATE THE NEW THING IM A STUDENT AND IVE ALREADY MISSED HOMEWORKS BECAUSE OF THIS!!!

The assignment tab on the home page takes you to a big list of names. You can only pick one name from the list and search for that classes assignments. It takes forever to search for all 7 class's assignments

Is there an update on this? The school year has started! We are not talking about an inessential feature that will make it nicer to work with Teams. The fact that you have to search for assignments by going through all courses costs kids grades. In a pen-and-paper world, they go home having written their homework into their little school calender - this means they can quickly see what is due next. This means that Teams is providing worse experience than they had before. And the most ridiculous thing is that this feature used to be there!

I am an educator, and fully endorse the view that Assignments needs to enable students to see all tasks in one view, ideally sorted chronologically or by due date, rather than sorted by Team.

My daughter has 10 classes. It is not at all practical to click into each class to check for assignments. As well as the option to show assignments per individual classes, it is essential to have the option to see all assignments across all classes, to sort by both due date and set date, and to filter to show either all assignments or particularly important, all unhanded-in assignments. That would be a great productivity enhancement.

I have 15 different classes, meaning I have to click on each one in assignments, check if I have anything, then to go back, I have to click on a different tab such as "calendar" and click on "assignments" again.
This process takes longer than actually doing the homework, so I was wondering if you could add a feature which displays all your assignments at once?

YES, please!!! Or at least allow me to check off multiple classes at once, to view assignments for them. Most kids have at least 8 classes they have to check assignments for, and having to click back to go to the next class is clunky and unnecessary. Also, in a long list of classes, it is easy to miss one when visiting each page individually, possibly causing a late assignment.
