Teams needs to become a full LMS
1. Integrate gradebook feature in Teams identical to that of schoology and other LMSs.
For the time being, exporting from excel creates a sloppy .csv file, which is the only way a student can view all of their grades together; even then, it doesn't give them a grade in the classroom. To do that, I would have to customize the excel file so that all the grades add up and have a percentage/grade on the column farthest to the right. Each time a class assignment is graded and the excel file is exported from Teams, this would have to be done again and again. So, to make things easier, Teams, more than any other feature (at least for teachers), needs its own gradebook to become a dedicated LMS, where the class grade/assignments is built-in to the side menu with Teams/meetings/etc.
I think Teams has done a wonderful job from 2017-Present. The updates have been super clean and it's becoming more and more user friendly. Honestly, impressed with Microsoft's direction.
Side note: A lot of LMSs have their own dedicated class websites and stuff, which would also be great, but Sharepoint is a long way from that and quite messy. For now, it's an actual gradebook implemented as an LMS.
