Export of Rubric
Hello!
I would like to be able to export the rubric and have it look just as it does in the assignments page of Teams when I click on the rubric. It exports to Excel and requires a lot of adjusting.
Thanks!

Please please please can we have all of the information in this rubric easily 'exportable'
We need to create a 'profile' for each student and gather the results for each assignment in one place too!
Thank you

This is a must for Teams to be used in education

I just found out that there is no way to export a full assignment with all the student rubrics and comments. The export on the assignment overview doesn't contain the detail of the rubrics and comments.
In the case a classroom team would get accidentally deleted, all this information would be unrecoverable. I am advocating and advising my school in transitioning into Teams. I am unsure if I should advise them to use the grading functionality.

This needs to be done if Microsoft are genuine are about shaping Teams for education

I absolutely agree - this is something that needs addressing if Teams assignments are to be actually useful tools for education institutions. Part of the reason we give feedback is to keep track of a student's progress in any given skill and if you can't export it or analyse it across a whole class its net to useless

Our district requires us to post rubrics with student work. Even though my class is digital, I have to print and post their work including completed rubrics. I need to be able to print the rubric with feedback so I don't have to rewrite everything on paper.

I would like to be able to download individual student rubric feedback as seen when I click the student rubric grades after I have returned the students work. I need this for internal and external verification. We need as easy way to see what feedback was given to specific assignment criteria for all students. I want to download the attached image.
Without the ability to download all the rubric feedback the feature is unusable which is a terrible shame because it is a fantastic feature... except you can't get the data from it. Even when I download the CSV it seem to just download the empty rubric without the rubric feedback.

Why wasn't this put in in the first place though? It's like the creators have no idea how un-user friendly their platform is, as they were designing it. I would not be using teams if it wasn't what my school board decided upon. I have to create TWO rubrics, one typed out in Word, then another typed out in the assignments category, as you can't simply UPLOAD a rubric either. It's so time consuming!

This is an absolutely necessity. What's the point otherwise???
In the Australian, Queensland Year 11 and 12 program, we must be able to export and submit the criteria for external marking and record keeping. Without this feature, we can't use rubrics in Teams -

Agree this would be very useful. In the meantime, has anyone simply taken a screenshot of the rubric as it exists in Teams and then print share the image file or convert it to a PDF as needed?

I read all of this a couple of weeks ago and posted it on my TEAMS to raise awareness at a local level.
I really feel that teachers need to be able to download the marked student rubrics (as is, e.g. pdf format) instead of doubling up on the hard work they did to create the rubric in the first place.
It needs to be efficient, not make the teacher's task harder. -

Special characters in the csv such as "ñ" or "á" mess up the text when exported.

This should be tackled immediately. The current solution is a mess and doesn't help at all when there are long comments.

I'd really love to be able to print the rubric from Teams, or be able to export it as a pdf file (to save or print from)
Thanks!

I completely agree! There are times our students cannot access technology and need hard copies. This would be a definite plus in the program.

I agree! I need to be able to print or share a rubric. Now I have to take several screenshots, since the rubrics don't fit on one screen.
