Show Conversation Subject Field by Default
I'm seeing lots of conversations started without a Subject field added. To me this seems like sending an email with no subject (bad practice). I think people are often unaware that the subject field exists when they post a conversation. It would be good if the Subject field could become visible without expanding the input box.

In my workplace conversations get littered quickly and in the end they're not that useful (imagine e.g. posts in this forum without subjects!)
Our instructions mandate that people add subjects, it's something that we regularly remind people to do but alas that just doesn't happen.
Please make the subject field always visible. In fact, I would actually like to see a channel option where you could make subjects mandatory on posts.
