Teams, Assignments - Add a feature to publish and unpublish assignments once they are created
Teachers need the ability to withdraw an assignment after its has been created without deleting the assignment and also create assignments without having them available to students at the time of creation. Please Provide the ability to create assignments then allow for it to be published or made visible to students, and also unpublish so the assignment will still exist with all reference materials but just not be available to students to students. Also allow for set time and set date so assignments can be created and "programmed to go live (become visible to students) at later dates.

We have the ability to save drafts of the assignments so they're not made available to students until we want them to be; and we can also set the publication date to a date & time in the future (bottom of the Assignment window - a tiny notification that says the assignment will be posted immediately - there's an Edit option). I found this by accident.
However, I strongly agree that we need to be able to withdraw a published assignment without deleting it altogether - sometimes circumstances make assignments inappropriate for the time it was planned, but it needs to be given at another time. All that would need to be done is have it revert to Draft state.
