Letter grades (A+, A, A-) and customization
Teams for Education Assignments and Grading
I would like to see letter grades (e.g. A+, A, A- etc.) and an option for grading and not just numbers. If we could customise it (e.g. choose the grade range), even better/

For us, we'd need "O", "V", "G".
Would be great if we could customize the way papers are graded in any way we like. -

The missing support for the Norwegian grade system is the biggest problem in Assignments now. To be able to customize grades would solve this. As it is now, the Grade view is completely useless.

In Australia, we commonly report on A-E for student achievement. The ability to make grades customised would be excellent. Perhaps there is a way to integrate the input made into an online rubric 'talk to' the grade feature?

Please add the ability to use letter grades, this is a complete showstopper for me

Karakterer på Teams er ønskelig og som mange skriver med mulighet for norsk gradering fra 1-6.

Vi trenger mulighet for å redigere karaktersystemet slik at det passe for norske tallkarakterer

I would like the possibility to make my own grading system in a way that suits the Norwegian system, numbers (1-6).

As others have commented, I would also like the possibility to make my own grading system in a way that suits the Norwegian system, as we in Norway use numbers (1-6) in lower secondary school (junior high). To have a system with the numbers 1-100 is of absolutely no use at all.

I want customisable grades (I'm not in the US, we don't use letter grades), and the ability to manually set a grade on an assigment that has a rubric, or on a test that has a given number of points.
In other words, not just an automatically calculated number of points from the rubric, but the ability to keep the rubric strictly qualitative, but to also add a grade in addition, not one auto calculated from the rubric. -

Different countries use different grading systems. Being able to customize qualitative assessment would be much appreciated!

This would be so useful - in UK schools we do a lot of qualitative assessment to track student progress. Assigning qualitative statements to the rubrics to identify the standard that has been achieved (eg emerging, developing, proficient, advanced) would allow us to assess fully online - crucial at the current time when our protocols are changing and all marking has to be online (rather than taking books home).

The grade system in Norway is very different from what teams offers, we need to be able to make our own grade system. Another wish is the possibility to be able to group grades. That will make it simpler to differentiate tests form work assignments.
