reply to messages
much like whatsapp where you can reply to a specific message and that particular message will be quoted alongside the reply. Also the function to reply privately to a message sent in a group setting would be helpful
494 votesThank you for your continued feedback. As many have pointed out, this is available on mobile today. Support for replying to a specific message is on the backlog for desktop. We will share an update as soon as one is available.

Delete past Team chats in chat mode (both sender and receiver chats).
Chats should not be never-ending storage of a chat, and we should be able to delete individual chats as instructors or keep them ( both the sender and receiver chat). I realize we can delete our own, but we need the option to delete both our own as well as the students. We should have that option.

Shifts auto Approval shift swaps
When 2 team members swap shifts, have an option for it to not require approval from a manager.
