On the services and addins options for teams, we could previously block certain feature by license pack. Since the migration to the new Teams admin site, the feature is no longer available. Unfortunately students tend to use the calling feature to prank call staff members, so its up for debate if having this features is desirable. Being able to globally turn off this feature via a toggle switch would be very useful. Along with the other options that use to be in the old admin panel.

It is strange that the desktop app appears to let you change the background or blur it but when you use the Web App or Android this feature is not available. Is there a limitation inherent in these ways of accessing or is this something that could be added.
