Make quiet hours block incoming calls
Please, add an option for the Quiet hours to block all phone calls in Teams. Why are there Quiet hours, if it still rings?
Or enable the Busy Status to be time-bound, which should do the same job.

We have raised this request with the feature team and will share an update when it’s available.

good morning
how can I disable video calls from within TEAMS on my phone when I receive a video chat on my computer within TEAMS.
Why does both ring? -

We have been migrating thousands of people to Teams Voice over the past 12 months, and this question keeps coming up. Quiet hours should mean that the Teams app stays totally quiet. No calls, no chat alerts, no mention alerts... no beeps, boops, bops, or rings. Personally I think it would be great if phone calls followed the same notification rules as chats and channels: Give us the option to manage calls separately (and yes, I suppose I can always forward calls to voice mail) or the same - so that I don't get calls when I am busy or away.

Setting your Status to Do Not Disturb on the mobile app should mean your phone will not ring with a PSTN Phone Call. Unfortunately it doesn't. Please correct this as our users have to shut down the Teams Mobile App entirely when they are in the field.

Brent, that screenshot must be from an Android. The option is missing from the Teams settings on the iPhone.

there is a setting to not allow calls check to see if you have that turned off.

This is an absolute necessity for enterprises. We are also in the process of implementing Teams Phone, and I'm floored that this isn't already implemented.

Please update the quiet hours settings to allow the end user the ability to silence phone calls. It's very irritating being on quiet hours and still getting teams calls. Thank you.

Please update the Quiet Hours settings to allow the end user the ability to silence phone calls like they can with other notifications through Microsoft Teams mobile app. I am mind boggled that Quiet Hours does not already silence calls since the messages and other notifications can be silenced via Quiet Hours. We are in the process of implementing Team Direct Routing and this is very annoying having the computer and mobile phone ringing simultaneously without any control besides turning off all Teams notifications through the mobile phone.

Please make this a priority. We are currently evaluating Teams as a replacement phone system but this is an irritating problem. I have to log out of Teams daily so that I don't get calls on both my iPhone and PC. Quiet hours does nothing and disabling notifications in the app and in iPhone settings has no effect.

Can we get an update on this - it is a major blocker to the effective rollout of Teams - and the previous workaround here https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/33214585-option-to-disable-voice-calls-on-mobile-app
Makes no difference - at least not on an iphone.

Please make this happen! I'm getting calls when I'm off work!

We currently have a case open (23902074) where we experience that calls cannot be turned off at all. Even in general notifications disabling the "calls" does not solve it. As a matter of fact the quiet hours are also useless when whatever you configure the phone keeps ringing...

Can we get an update on this? Microsoft does so much to provide tools to separate work and home life. This really is a tremendous oversight.
It would also be good if the phone didn't ring while you're active on your desktop. Again something that works for notifications but not for calls.

Just like Ken commented, the fix to stop calls ringing on cellphones when I also have it on the computer has stopped working. https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/33214585-option-to-disable-voice-calls-on-mobile-app
I have turned Call notifications off, and yet I still get call-queue calls ringing on both my desktop and cellphone at the same time. I've tried uninstalling the app, toggling the settings, etc.

And this one stopped working as expected: https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/33214585-option-to-disable-voice-calls-on-mobile-app even though 'Calls' is turned off, every time someone on my Team starts an ad-hoc call, my phone rings, too.

Have there been any updates on this feature? It would be nice to turn incoming calls off in the mobile app as well as the desktop during non office hours. I get a ton of spam calls all night and the phone will continue to ring even if I am on another call. Thanks.

This would be very nice to have. Current calls to the call queue ring cell phones during the middle of the night and are all junk calls and spam. We get about 10-15 per night and i'm not sure how to stop these since they're from different numbers. I dont' want to do something the end user needs to remember to sign back in each morning and out later.
