Pop Out/Dedicated conference & meeting window for Teams Meeting
If would be good to have a pop out dedicated window during conference call, meetings and screen sharing session like Skype for business.
Currently it is very inconvenient to continue work on TEAMS without getting calls window minimized.

Would popouts apply when someone is sharing a screen? I run two monitors & would love to see this ability. My job is monitoring classrooms and watching interaction between teachers and students. When the teacher shares his screen it would be nice to break it away and put it on a separate monitor while still engaging with the rest of the class on the primary monitor.

Hi, I think that when editing/setting up a meeting, it should open a new window.
When I am setting up large meetings and don't have all the information needed, I have to delete the meeting I am working on when I need to attend another meeting, or chat with someone.
I end up having to copy and paste the body into another app, and take screen shots of the invite list since I can't copy and paste that.
To quote Alice from Aug 19 "We need the multi-window feature for everything at Teams. Meetings, calendar, groups, channels...... "
I see in other areas that this has been requested for at least 2 years.
You need this for Live events too.
We still are not able to pop-out a "Conversation" into a new window!
Can we please have this added?
When will this roll out to all users? I am using version 1.3.00.21759 (64-bit) and the option is still not available to me. If I go to settings, the option to turn on New Experience is still not there. I'm attaching a screenshot of my settings. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled using the link in the article you shared to make sure I was not using a non-supported version of the app. Many users at my institution are seeing this but a few of us are not.
We had this feature and it has now disappeared
Team Meetings pop out is not working anymore after it was previously available. Is this something that will be brought back?

Can we also change the layout of the popped-out video view so that our little video feed does not sit on top of someone else? With no screen sharing, my video is covering a good 1/4 of someone else's video in the bottom right corner.

Experienced the same issue as others, after an update my teams lost the feature of pop ups. Is this something that can be resolved soon?

We also had this feature and then it was lost after a recent Teams update. Was this feature rolled back?

We had this, but now it is off. I was hoping there would be an updated timeline as our organization had started using it.

Some of my users including me do not have the ability to toggle this on or off and do not have the feature set by default. We are still in the current locked view of Teams. All devices have been fully updated in all All office products. Any Suggestions?
Feature turned off automatically, not sure why. Had to turn on again and restart Teams.
Worked great, but now after 2 weeks the option ist not available anymore... :(

I enabled the 'new Teams meeting separate windows' option weeks back and it was working flawlessly. now the option is no longer enabled and despite re-enabling and restarting Teams the option will not enable.
Anyone else seeing this today? I have reached out to other users in my ORG and they are not experiencing the same issue.
