Currently, it's not possible to select & copy more than one message in a chat. When I try to select two or more messages, the focus stays on the first message making it impossible to copy whole chat.
There are some really ugly workarounds like: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Microsoft-Teams/Copying-conversations/td-p/62849 which I don't consider a solution of the situation.
I want to be able to select multiple messages at once and copy them by hitting CTRL+C.2,955 votes
Thank you for your suggestion! We really appreciate the feedback and idea. We have reviewed this request and started working on it. I’ll let you know as it nears completion.
ISSUE: Video feed is always mirrored during a Teams call, meaning that written text, such as on a whiteboard, is displayed incorrectly.
SOLUTION: Provide a toggle option to not mirror the camera when in a video call.2,922 votes
Thank you for your continued feedback. The team is reviewing how best to address this issue and make this more user-friendly. Note: Your meeting attendees receive a non-mirrored video including the image of you and any text, whiteboards, etc. The image and video in your Call Monitor screen is shown to you only, as if you were looking in a mirror.
The channel/team on which the notification has been made should stay more/better/longer visible so that you won't miss one.2,917 votes
Once support for Windows 10 native notifications is released, users who choose to use Windows notifications will be able to utilize Windows OS specific settings for the length of time to display notifications. Mac does not have an OS specific setting, so will not have the support.
Allow the users to configure to enable push to talk in group meetings.2,887 votes
Thank you for your feedback. This feature is still on the backlog, and planned for later this year.
In the meantime, you can try using the keyboard shortcut to toggle mute (Ctrl+Shift+M). For more info on keyboard shortcuts, visit https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/keyboard-shortcuts-for-microsoft-teams-2e8e2a70-e8d8-4a19-949b-4c36dd5292d2.
Many people like to use English as their display language, but get confused with the US date format: 11/06 is October 6 in the US, but June 11 in many other countries. Why not display the date according to the setting in Windows?
Same goes for time, of course, where many use 24 hour format instead of am and pm.2,885 votes
The team is working on fixing date/time format to honor your computer settings. Please stay tuned for further updates.
The ability to annotate PDFs, or at least open in a PDF reader that will, without having to download the file, annotate, and upload.2,871 votes
Usual Microsoft lack of UI intuition.
Channels should be followed by default with the user unfollowing it if they wish.2,842 votes
Thank you for the feedback. Changing the default setting is under review by the feature team, and your feedback is very useful as they are evaluating.
TeamViewer screen sharing has a nice feature to share pointer. So when other meeting participants wants to show the presenter something on screen, the presenter can see where they pointing. It's really useful feature.2,823 votes
This feature remains on the backlog, while we work on other high priority Meetings features.
Provide the ability to print and/or export (Word, PDF, etc.) a wiki page(s) that is created under a Team's channel page.2,782 votes
This item is still on the backlog. I will continue to track this item and provide updates as soon as I get new updates.
We changed the mind about the way we used some channels. We decided that some of the channels need to be merged. It would be nice to be able to do this without using history. We want history to be merged.2,758 votes
This request is now being reviewed by the feature team! I’ll keep you posted as to the future decision.
We have weekly bot reminders currently on Slack and that would be a big advantage to getting our whole team moved over.
- Tuesdays at noon: Reminder - team meeting in 30 minutes
- Last Friday of month: Finish submitting hours

This feature is under review by the feature team. No new feedback at this time.
I'm often on the road and my company relies heavily on online meetings :-) So, we are starting to leverage Teams meetings more and more, so when I'm in my car I need an easy way to join meetings and maybe also read messages. While this is way easier now, than it was in SfB Mobile (thanks!) it would be awesome to have an Android Auto / Apple CarPlay Extension to have a somewhat easier and "nearly hands-free" user experience. This would make me much more productive, even if I'm traveling :-)2,710 votes
The feature team has this on their backlog officially now. We don’t have any timing to share at this point, but we will keep you posted.

Right now there is a unread message count badge on the Activity tab icon (I guess you only get that if you have followed any channels?). However I would much rather prefer if the badge was on the Chat and Teams tab icons so I can see where there is activity. Currently collapsed teams are also indicated having activity. Expanded teams should have the same indication.
Furthermore, the unread activity badge on both the Activity and the application icon count unread channels. I would prefer a message count.2,700 votes
This item is still under review by the feature team. I have no details as to when a decision might happen.
During meetings we need to be able to share an online video with team members. Videos could be in Stream or Youtube or Vimeo or others. And this includes sharing the video sound. Currently we use normal Teams screen sharing, but all team members on the call can either hear or see, the video/audio are always asynchronous.2,641 votes
Share video and audio during meetings is released on Windows. Mac support is currently being tested internally and is targeted to release soon. We will share an update as soon as one is available.
Please track the roadmap item for release updates, https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=Microsoft%20Teams&searchterms=68941
Note: Live Events support for video and audio is tracked in this item, https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/38470144

Its good that Private channels are introduced in MS Teams. Can we have a option to convert a private channel to public channel.
Thanks & Regards,
Thank you for your feedback! The team has reviewed this request and has added it to our backlog for both Private to Standard (Public) and Standard (Public) to Private channel conversion. We will share an update as soon as it’s available.
Regardless of where a meeting is created, Outlook or Microsoft Teams, the 15 minute reminders and the like should generate a notification from Microsoft teams to the user, either a popup dialogue window or otherwise.2,602 votes
Work on meeting reminder for Teams meetings is in progress.
Have an on screen timer for a meeting.
While the meeting is being held, the timer shows the time left during the meeting.
Time management tool integrated in the meetings on MS Teams.2,502 votes
Thank you for your feedback. The team is currently exploring options for this. We will share an update as soon as one is available.
Planner and Teams just needs a notification - when a task has been created for an assigned user that user should receive a notification - currently we are doing a work around by starting a conversation with a mention of a member name
This is currently in internal testing rings at Microsoft, and the feature team is targeting a release to the public in early Q2.

I couldn't hear people talk nor could they hear me when I had my airpods connected to my device. Only happens with teams so I know the problem is not my airpods plus I have confirm with other coworkers who have the same thing happen.2,483 votes
