calendar problems
Change the scale so that we can see the whole day, at least 8am to 6pm when you open teams in week viewing mode. I am currently missing many of my later in the day meetings! There are many complaining about this urgent issue, here is another:

Allow us to enable other fields in the organization tab. Example, department, initials, etc.
Allow us to enable other fields in the organization tab. We currently have initials in AD and they are synced to Azure. We have to maintain a spreadsheet with this info for users to access. If we could enable that field in the organization view, our users would have less steps to the information.

Add a teams directory and icon where users can search for teams
Add a teams directory and directory icon so that colleagues can quickly locate teams.
See, also, proposed tagging and filtering option to make searching a teams directory easier. https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/41530567-tag-teams-by-relevant-topics-and-include-tag-based

Tag teams by relevant topics and include tag-based search filters to locate teams on Teams
Tag teams by relevant topics and include tag-based search filters to locate teams on Teams.
Today I had a colleague screen-share with me and she first did a search for our DevOps Community in the main search field at the top of the screen and it didn't show up. Then she tried being more specific in her search terms, using the exact name; and it didn't show up. I said, "Look at the bottom of your left navigation panel; do you see the 'Join or create a team'; she said "no". "Do you have a Windows or a Mac?" -- Answer: "Windows". I noticed she wasn't looking at the Team area, so I had to describe the icon in the dark blue outer left nav. panel - she found it. I described the 'Join or create a team' again and she found it. She clicked there and tried typing a name where it says 'code number' - I explained what the code number is for. Neither of us noticed the tiny little search field in the upper right of that screen, but when we finally did... "bingo" we were able to find the team.
What this exercise showed me is that few employees are able to locate our communities and this is why there is low participation. The User Interface isn't designed to be helpful in that regard and being a Teams supporter, I think Teams can do better. She suggested having a directory where users can look up and select a team. I like that idea. Perhaps you can add a directory icon. Perhaps you can incorporate tagging of our teams on so that someone can go 'the directory' (that I imagine in the future) and filter by tags to be able to find all the teams that have a particular tag.
For large enterprises where the proliferation of teams becomes the next challenge, this would help solve that challenge.
Thank you

Just 1 click to join a meeting... currently it's 3... very annoying
From desktop app, calendar view, I see a meeting two ways:
- with JOIN button
- with NO join buttonif there is a JOIN button, have to:
- click JOIN button; then a popup appears with yet another Join button
- click on 2nd JOIN button; then the meeting window appers with yet another Join button
- click on 3rd JOIN button to finally get in...If there is no join button on the calendar view, i have to:
- double click event; then the event details shows up
- click on link; then the meeting window appears
- click on JOIN button...So either way, it's 3 clicks which is way too much.
Also, Outlook reminder with NO "Join online" button also implies 3 clicks...
- 1st double click event
- 2nd click on join button in event details
- 3rd click on meeting windowIf lucky, it can be only two, if and only if:
- outlook reminder has a "join online" button
- outlook calendar has a "join online" button
- teams desktop notification has a "join" buttonAgain, it's too much. What I think could be much more efficient and productive is:
- configure somewhere, and as a default, how do I want to join meetings (like camera:no, mic:yes, etc.).
- configure somewhere, and as a default, whether I want "confirm before join" or "join meeting immediately", in case someone do want to be asked before
- have all "join" buttons jump straight into meeting window, considering the 2 options beforeHope to see this implemented soon.

Add Remote Coaching feature
My daughter is a figure skater who regularly does remote lessons. During a lesson, her coach needs to point out things in my daughter's body position or movement. To do so, she'll use her phone to video her laptop's screen while my daughter does a jump or spin and then she'll play the video back to her laptop's camera so that my daughter can see how she executed the movement and how it can be improved. This interaction could be dramatically improved if there was a Remote Coaching feature in Teams that would allow the meeting organizer to record a clip of an attendee and then play that clip back to the attendee. It would be even better if the meeting organizer could draw on the video clip to indicate desired body positions or movement. This would be of assistance to athletes and coaches in a wide variety of sports who are engaging in remote instruction.

Improvement Management of Teams
I would like the ability to manage Teams in Teams app. by grouping Teams into categories or folders to improve ability to find teams. Folder or category could be similar to PPT sections that allow expanding or collapsing them to quickly narrow search to specific Teams.

Teams - Conditional Send
Provide an option to choose a conditional send where you can have your Teams Chat message held and then delivered to a user once the user is showing as "Available." There are times when you may not want to bother someone when they are tied up in a meeting or a call, but you are trying to reach them as soon as they become "Available." A conditional send feature would be very helpful for both the sender and the recipient in many instances.
