For official product and feature updates we recommend three things:
*English follows Japanese
A feature to manage personal appointments
現在 Microsoft Teams で個人の予定を管理する場合には Outlook の予定表と連動しなければならないが、Exchange Online のライセンスを所有していない際は [予定表] 機能が無効になる。
Exchange Online のライセンス付与状況に関わらず個人の予定を管理したいため、個人の予定を管理できる機能の拡充を希望します。
Currently, managing personal appointments with Microsoft Teams must work in conjunction with the Outlook calendar, and if the user does not have an Exchange Online license the Calendar feature will be disabled.
We hope that a feature to manage personal appointments will be implemented as we want to manage personal appointments regardless of whether Exchange Online licenses have been assigned or not.
when you send a message card to a income webhook connector the notifications are useless because the content only says the connectorand the team name. We must be able to send a short title message like a small headline, title, simple "OK", like for the private messages.
Really would like to get a final time report via the graph API. This would be so useful from an automation standpoint. Allow me to specify the employee name and the time period and give me total hours regular time and total hours overtime in return.
This would let me send the data to my Payroll application and/or insert intermediate reports or approvals. If you're not going to do third-party integration yourself, at least let us do it by providing this report programatically.
I get notified of changes to team channels by the icon but can’t easily see where the changes are. I can’t clear the flag that tells me that there are changes without viewing the item in the channel which is ok but but if it takes too long to find the update it means that I won’t always find it rendering the notification close to useless.
One- even with all notifications for a channel turned off- we still get alerts. We may need to be in a team to disseminate information, but do not need to be alerted to every single thing in that team. Two- be able to block notifications from a single user while something like a moral boosting event (Bingo!) is occurring. It's disruptive to other users, but no one wants to stop a team from boosting moral.
I Work in IT Ops, we have full weekends where servers are being powered down for updates. Use Teams for chat, but everyone has access to hide the channels. Could we get a way to allow owners to lock down "Hide Channel" so members don't accidentally click that and hide them for everyone in the channel?
I see we have the ability to tag and praise our employees which is great; however I think it would be really lovely to have a separate tab called recognition wall which allows everyone to see all the 'good-doing's' of those within the company. This could inspire and encourage others to go the extra mile. I also believe this would be beneficial to managers to visit when undertaking tasks such as end of probation meetings and appraisals.
