StaffHub integration would be nice, a connector for two way data flow?218 votes
Shifts is a replacement for StaffHub, and StaffHub will retired in October 2019.
Shifts already has export schedule in UI. It would be great to have a option to import schedule as well, so it could be prepared in a external (legacy) system and then easily imported using UI, without need to develop code for upcoming Graph API.
This would also make possible to create a shift "template" that could be easily uploaded to new Shifts / groups.161 votes
We’re excited to announce that we now support importing a schedule from Excel into Shifts. Just follow the steps in the documentation here: https://support.office.com/article/get-started-in-shifts-5f3e30d8-1821-4904-be26-c3cd25a497d6.

Show us how to import all our schedules from StaffHub to Shifts44 votes
We have released the StaffHub migration feature. This allows an IT Pro to run PowerShell cmdlets to move their StaffHub teams to MS Teams.
Please see the following documentation for more details:
Should be able to filter shifts by member. We could have an option to filter by one or more members, so shifts rows would be displayed only for that members filtered. That would be faster to manage more than one team members at the same time, not looking for one by one member as it is today.14 votes
We’re happy to let you know that users can now filter a shift schedule by groups and/or team members. Please see more details here: https://support.office.com/article/view-the-team-schedule-in-shifts-863a9660-776d-4cba-81d1-631b27c91bcd?bkmk_filter.
When will the Shifts app be available in Teams mobile app?4 votes
The Shifts app is currently available and is located in the app tray of the Teams mobile client. To access the app tray, swipe up from the bottom of Teams using the app tray handle. Enjoy!
I've had a real hard time trying to replicate this bug, so I'm just going to outline the actions I performed to produce.
Basically if I 'add time off' and 'export schedule' there is a duplication of data from an old group I deleted.
- Group 1 in schedules populated with a team roster
- Group 2 has the same users and schedule, but different timezone
- Realised that the second group would achieve what I wanted to do easily
- Deleted Group 2
- Finished populating Group 1 with data
- Export schedule
