Enable Shifts for Government cloud users - GCC
Please enable SHIFTS for government cloud users - GCC. I work at a government agency. We use Office 365, just starting to experiment with Teams. We have GCC license. We have shift workers - in fact 3 shifts each day 24 x 7. Shifts will be an extremely useful tool for us to schedule our workers. Currently we use a spreadsheet.
162 votesShifts is now available in GCC. For more information, please visit https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/apps-and-services-cc1fba57-9900-4634-8306-2360a40c665b?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US#PickTab=Shifts.

Import Shifts schedule from Excel/CSV
Shifts already has export schedule in UI. It would be great to have a option to import schedule as well, so it could be prepared in a external (legacy) system and then easily imported using UI, without need to develop code for upcoming Graph API.
This would also make possible to create a shift "template" that could be easily uploaded to new Shifts / groups.161 votesWe’re excited to announce that we now support importing a schedule from Excel into Shifts. Just follow the steps in the documentation here: https://support.office.com/article/get-started-in-shifts-5f3e30d8-1821-4904-be26-c3cd25a497d6.
Enjoy!

Staffhub migration
Show us how to import all our schedules from StaffHub to Shifts
44 votesWe have released the StaffHub migration feature. This allows an IT Pro to run PowerShell cmdlets to move their StaffHub teams to MS Teams.
Please see the following documentation for more details:

Filter shifts by members
Should be able to filter shifts by member. We could have an option to filter by one or more members, so shifts rows would be displayed only for that members filtered. That would be faster to manage more than one team members at the same time, not looking for one by one member as it is today.
14 votesWe’re happy to let you know that users can now filter a shift schedule by groups and/or team members. Please see more details here: https://support.office.com/article/view-the-team-schedule-in-shifts-863a9660-776d-4cba-81d1-631b27c91bcd?bkmk_filter.
Thanks!

BUG - Permanently Delete Group in Shifts
I've had a real hard time trying to replicate this bug, so I'm just going to outline the actions I performed to produce.
Basically if I 'add time off' and 'export schedule' there is a duplication of data from an old group I deleted.- Group 1 in schedules populated with a team roster
- Group 2 has the same users and schedule, but different timezone
- Realised that the second group would achieve what I wanted to do easily
- Deleted Group 2
- Finished populating Group 1 with data
- Export schedule
Please see attached image for clarification.
