It would be good to be able to click on a calendar button on the left hand side to get a view of the Office 365 groups calendar as you would in the calendar app. Good for being able to look and get a glimpse of what is coming up with the group. At the moment I have to go back to the calendar to look at it.22,515 votes
Group Calendar is a priority for the team, and the feature team is continuing work on it. You’ll start to see some incremental improvements. We look forward to sharing more details and timeframes soon.
Would love to have a Calendar to allow those in the same team to view each other's availability and whereabouts. Would make it a lot easier to create appointments/meetings.
The calendar could be a tab in a channel (so then you could have multiple calendars in one team) or could be an icon on the left app bar, instead of "Meetings" which is helpful to no one.
Could also be helpful to add a way for us to add a SharePoint Team calendar.9,494 votes
The team has delivered improvements to the New Meeting experience in Calendar such as optional attendees, richer custom recurrence UX, as well as enhanced meeting RSVPs.
To learn more about RSVPing to meetings in the Teams Calendar, how to create a recurring meeting, and the new meeting scheduling experience including the scheduling assistant, please visit https://support.microsoft.com/office/schedule-a-meeting-in-teams-943507a9-8583-4c58-b5d2-8ec8265e04e5.
For a meeting scheduled using Teams, it would be great to be able to delegate the organizer role so that someone else can reschedule the meeting during my absence. For instance for Executive Assistants or PTO.7,932 votes
Thank you for your continued feedback as this request remains on the team backlog. We will share an update as soon as one is available.
Regardless of where a meeting is created, Outlook or Microsoft Teams, the 15 minute reminders and the like should generate a notification from Microsoft teams to the user, either a popup dialogue window or otherwise.3,365 votes

It would be really useful for the Outlook colour categories to show in the Teams calendar. I rely heavily on these to make sense of my calendar with a large number of appointments and in the current release of calendar this will make me likely to still revert back to Outlook rather than use Teams for calendar management.2,359 votes
We often have one person booking a meeting or series of meetings (say training classes) that ends up being run by others. Would be nice if the meeting organizer could add another organizer or change the organizer to someone else. Currently only the organizer can take attendance. In our case, the organizer may not even be planning on attending the meeting.1,666 votes
Using the desktopversion, when I want to plan a meeting, my weeks start on Sunday. I'm used to weeks starting on Monday, so I spent half an hour planning (and replanning) meetings.1,025 votes
Currently, start day for the week and the work-week are set based on your language in Settings in Microsoft Teams. The Calendar team has work on the backlog to address the case where users may want a different week/work-week start day than is usual for their language setting.
Until then, the team wanted to share this workaround for setting the work-week start day via OWA, while leaving your language settings as-is.
- Open Outlook Web Access (“OWA”), and go to the Settings panel, as described in this article: https://support.microsoft.com/office/calendar-settings-in-outlook-web-app-84544ef2-d5cf-4696-bcb3-cc87719a3e07.
- In the OWA Settings, click “View all Outlook Settings”
- Use the settings under “Show work week as” to choose your work-week days.
- Click “Save”
- Return to Teams, click on your photo/initials at the top right and choose “Sign Out”
Not sure when this changed, but it's no longer possible to invite an entire team to a meeting. Hosting in the general channel allows anyone to join the meeting, but no one receives an actual invite alerting them that the meeting exists.724 votes
Thank you for your feedback, the team has added this to our backlog. We will share an update as soon as one is available.
My team is in multiple timezone. Therefore it would be great if I could see another timezone next to mine in the Meetings Tab, just like I can in Outlook.547 votes

It would be good to be able to schedule a follow-up or continuing meeting from the existing calendar entry. I.e. right-click in the calendar event and "schedule again" or "follow up". Ideally retaining the existing agenda in the new meeting so we can tick off things done/mark still to cover etc.382 votes
I want the ability to BCC invites so that we don't have to give customer information away357 votes
I have some recurrent meetings, which I need to insert and update on a weekyl basis.
It could be helpful having a copy-paste function on existing meetings.
Also, the metting calendar does not allow to see past meetings.257 votes
Dear MS Teams PG: currently in Teams we can see only our own calendar. Please include the option to view calendar of a delegated user, similarly how we see in outlook.
A delegate can see delegator calendar in Teams.211 votes
I get frustrated everytime I've scheduled meetings for the next week and I can only filter my calendar view per day/work week/week...
It'd be very helpful if I could have a monthly view, or at least "next week".
I barely noticed I could change the dates on the top left side of the screen. It'd be helpful to see the calendar as a real calendar, showing the 30 days of the months in a total view.197 votes
I want to be able to view other users 'calendars in teams' calendars like Outlook calendars.194 votes

In the Teams calendar, I can accept, tentatively accept, or decline a meeting. It would be great to have the option to propose a new time directly in Teams so we do not have to switch to Outlook to do that.176 votes
The ability to add a tab to overlay multiple calendars (iCal, Outlook, Exchange, O365 Groups, Google, Yahoo, etc.). Option to choose calendar colours and the normal extras would be a nice to have.
This feature would be a game changer.175 votes
