Favorite contacts list when transferring call
When transferring a call, you should first be presented with a user managed list of favorites like what is on the home screen (MP56). The process of typing in a name for every transfer is unnecessarily time consuming.

Hide call queues
It would be great to hide some call queues from users so that they cannot be directly called. Currently if someone is transferred to a call queue it will appear in their chat history and will be able to call the call queue. for this case we don't want people to see the queue so they can skip the queue process.

MS Teams Sub screens do not rotate
Not all screems or sub screens rotate when Ms Teams is rotated on a Phone from portrait to landscape. For example the chats or participants screen does not rotate...it is only the main screen that rotates.

Make icons and status more visible/larger on Teams IP phones
With the latest update we now have Favorites and some new sections on the home screen. However the UI icons (Calls, Calendar, Voicemail, Search, Park) and user status for people are very small. While the favorite button itself is larger, the photo is small and the status is a small colored dot. Plus the menu options on the bottom of the display (Calls, Calendar, Voicemail) are small and the text is hard for some people to read.
I would like to suggest improving the visibility of the buttons and status icons. Everything should be a little larger and the status…

Currently the Teams IP Phones do not auto dial when you enter 4-digits of a contact number. This feature was available in Skype IP Phones.

if phone picks up show picked up by the other team member not as missed
when a call comes through to a business and another team member picks it up, the people who do not pick the phone up, have the call shown as a missed call when it should realistically say picked up by team member and their name

Importing contact information into teams from O365
How do I add the contact information into teams from O365 so that instead of displaying the number of the person calling it displays the name as well as the number?
How do I do this on a company-wide scale?

call queues - Prompt to accept queue call.
As an Admin you should be able to disable the confirm accept call prompt for queue calls. Let me provide an example so that the request is clear:
Customer calls call queue
Call queue rings user
User answers the phone
Teams then ask the user to press one to accept the call. That is the prompt that as a Teams Admin (Voice Admin), however, the rights get setup, you should be able to disable.

Show additional Informations at incoming Phone Calls in Toast Window
I'd like to see additional infos in the incoming call popup, like the Outlook contact info (like Company or personal notes i made for the contact).
In Skype there was a thing like SuperToast or others, that could do it i think.
Please let us configure the amount of info to show. Ad the time it will be visible too.
That would be great.3 votes -

Merge Calls / Send invite from meeting to join a meeting.
Can you make a simple function that allows you to merge phone calls in teams? Regularly I will be on call with a team mate & another one calls in. I have to hang up and call both back. Should be able to simply merge as many calls as needed. Should also be able to forward a "JOIN" invite while in a meeting.

Teams IP Phones - Query, distinction and PowerShell Commands needed
Teams IP Phones do not have distinct PowerShell commands to manage them. They have to be "cobbled together" through other means.
The management in the Admin Center is present
I have outlined here what would be needed: https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/office-docs-powershell/issues/7017
In Summary:
Get-TeamsIPPhone (querying all three below)
Get-TeamsCommonAreaPhone
Get-TeamsConferencePhone
Get-TeamsMeetingRoom
This would be analog to what we have in the Admin Center right now. Thanks,

Forward Teams phone to voicemail, but not Teams audio calls
Currently, if you forward your Teams Phone (external VOIP calls) to voicemail, all of your internal Teams Audio calls (employee to employee with no telephone number) are also forwarded to voicemail. I would suggest handling them separately. Forward to voicemail for telephone VOIP calls, but use the presence / do not disturb to avoid internal audio calls. I get many cold calls from vendors each day and want to forward my telephone, but not my Teams audio from internal colleagues.
