  1. Enable assigning the desired local conference bridge number when we give the Audio Conferencing license to users

    It would be convenient if we could assign the default conference bridge number when we give the Audio Conferencing license to users.
    We currently need to change the default bridge numbers by using PowerShell after assigning the license. The given bridge number is automatically assigned depending on the country which has been set in Licenses and Apps in Microsoft 365 admin center > Users > Active users, but the number doesn’t point the country we want.

  3. Support cameras on teams phones

    It seems silly that there are certified Microsoft Teams phones -- but they're crippled in that they don't support video. I have clients that use VoIP phones with Video all the time, the brand they use -- Yealink -- is one of your certified partners. I can install team on a phone, iPad, android device, windows device and have video .... but not a device developed in concert with Microsoft. Seems a little silly.

  4. Add the consult transfer options to 3PIP phones

    Can the consult transfer feature be made available for the IP-Hardphones. A lot of smaller companies use the hardphones to start using teams to replace there PBX and are missing this feature

  5. Larger join meeting button on phone

    The current join meeting button on Yealink and AudioCodes handsets is a little too small to be easily pressed within the Teams app. Increasing the size of this button would make it easier to press and join meetings.

    It would also be great if you could tap anywhere on the meeting name/title to join the meeting, rather than having to hit the join button.

  6. Split Communication Credits between different departments

    The PCR is to allow multiple communication credits to be provisioned and paid for separately under the same Office 365 phone system tenant. The business case for this is that decentralized organizations like universities or global companies with separate decision making and cost centers in each location need to have the long-distance and toll free numbers associated with each department / site paid for separately by those departments or locations.   8. Can we have more Time Format in the Device Configuration Profiles?

    Currently there are only two available Time Formats in the IP Phones > Configuration Profiles.
    The Time Formats are: DD\MM\YYYY & MM\DD\YYYY. We would like to have especially in APAC for YYYY\MM\DD & YYYY\DD\MM

  11. Enable agent anonymity in Call Queues

    In S4B Hunt Group you have the "Enable agent anonymity" Button.
    An agent has the option of making a phone call with the hunt group's phone number so that his own number is not shown in the display. I would like to have this opportunity again at TEAMS. I posted this idea here because nobody could tell me if and where you can set this up at TEAMS.

  13. to be to control the volume of ring for teams incoming calls/ chats as well while being on a call

    be able to turn down the level of incoming calls so it does not ring as loud in the headset. as well as being able to turn volume up & down while on a teams calls. chat alerts should have the same volume option not just mute or un mute

  16. Make dialpad more accessible on Conf phones (Trio 8800, Yealink c960, etc).

    Currently you must click on the small phone icon, only from the calls screen, then the tiny dialpad button to access the dial-pad. This can be challenging for a user to make a call who has not used the device before.

  17. Assigning a Primary Device

    There doesn't seem to be a way for you to choose a primary device. Currently it seems phone calls will come through to my mobile rather than my desktop Teams even when I am using it and my phone is locked. There should be a way to assign Desktop Teams as the primary for calls rather than mobile.

  19. Inventory Report

    We are after reporting capabilities to capture granular detail on activity within Skype for Business and would like to have a report with below data captured on a per user basis :

    1. Name of Devices logged in From
    2. Duration of the Session
    3. IP address of the Device
    4. Mac Address of the Device (Being able to use this for maintaining inventory - for example Polycom Skype enabled devices)
    5. Fimrware of the Device
    6. Number of calls made from each device

    Understand some information we can get from the call quality dashboard - not all of them
