  1. Show video for all people in Video meeting

    Currently when in a video chat it only shows the active video for the last 4 people that have spoken in the chat. On the bottom bar it shows icons for all those in the chat. If it could show small video for all those in the chat that have their cameras turned on it would be beneficial. Then everyone on the video conference can see the reactions of others, whether they were the last to speak or not.

    This is a problem with most video chatting applications. Google Hangouts it the only one we have found that shows video…

  2. Federation

    Hi everyone -- I'm splitting this feature out from the "Guest Access" feature request so that you can weigh in on this specific issue and provide feedback for it here. Please write in the comments what you would like to see with Federation and I will incorporate it into this description. -Suphatra

  3. Show more than 4 active people in video calls

    Teams is limited to showing 4 video streams at a time, it would be better if we had some control over that. We do a morning standup every morning with 8 remotes, it would be great if we could see them at all times.

  4. full screen only one person from the call

    On a call with more than 2 persons, unless someone is actually presenting his/her screen, the screen is usually split between the others on the call. Its always a split screen, up to four seperate window. But if someone uses its web cam, lets say to show us a white board... we can't make that specific person's web cam presentation full screen.

  5. Share video and audio during meetings

    During meetings we need to be able to share an online video with team members. Videos could be in Stream or Youtube or Vimeo or others. And this includes sharing the video sound. Currently we use normal Teams screen sharing, but all team members on the call can either hear or see, the video/audio are always asynchronous.

  6. Speech to text meeting notes

    Using the technology of speech to text, have meetings record meeting notes in a text format based on what was spoken about in the meeting.

  7. Create teams meeting from calendar using OWA

    When using calendar on OWA, there is no way to create a Microsoft Teams meeting. You need to create it from Microsoft Teams instead.

    Please add the functionality to create a meeting from Calendar using OWA

    The OWA team has added a “Teams meeting” toggle in the new meeting item, as a preview feature. If you’d like to try it out, please turn on ""the new Outlook" toggle in the upper right corner. We’ll set this to completed once it’s fully released by the OWA team.

  8. Meeting Policy - presenter permissions

    In Skype, you were able to set your meeting options for any particular meeting. You don't have this option in Teams and everyone from your organization is made a presenter by default, so anyone can mute or remove anyone including the meeting organizer from the meeting. At the very least, we should be able to set an option in the Meeting Policies to not allow entire organization to be presenters, but it would be better if the meeting organizer could decide who if anyone, can have those permissions.
