  1. Meeting Policy - presenter permissions

    In Skype, you were able to set your meeting options for any particular meeting. You don't have this option in Teams and everyone from your organization is made a presenter by default, so anyone can mute or remove anyone including the meeting organizer from the meeting. At the very least, we should be able to set an option in the Meeting Policies to not allow entire organization to be presenters, but it would be better if the meeting organizer could decide who if anyone, can have those permissions.

        • When recording a meeting, record the screen that is being shared.

          We just recorded a meeting for our team. No one used their cameras, but we were all watching someone's screen being shared to follow along with the code example. The recorded meeting only shows the icons of folks on the team, it does not show the screen we were all watching.

          • Remove participants from chat or meeting

            I'd like to remove participants from a group chat or meeting. This is similar to what's available in Skype for Business.

            • View or export a list of users who attended a meeting

              Currently, there is no method of viewing a list of meeting attendees after a meeting has ended.

              Meeting organizers should be able to view or export a list of attendees, including enter and exit times, duration, etc.

              • MS Teams Meeting Delegation

                For a meeting scheduled using Teams, it would be great to be able to delegate the organizer role so that someone else can reschedule the meeting during my absence. For instance for Executive Assistants or PTO.

                • Do not invite the whole team to a channel meeting

                  I saw a "Completed" story for this but that is FALSE. I scheduled a new meeting, picked a channel to mention it in, and invited the select people i wanted in it. It then proceeded to magically without my knowledge invite EVERYONE on our team which is a huge amount of people. We should be able to pick a room for the meeting to take place but not invite the whole team! If i want the whole team there i'll add them as participants!!

                    Show Out of Office or automatic reply in Teams Status like we used to have for Skype for Business.

                    It should show in the status Out of Office and then the message 'I am out of the office between X date and X date

                    • Stop Recording on Exit

                      We need an option/pop-up to stop recording on meeting exit. At the moment if someone who is recording a meeting exits the meeting, the recording continues forever. What's worse is that the person who started the recording is the only one who can stop it. I "get" that part of the reason why only one person owns the recording is because of the need to associate the recording with a particular Microsoft Steam account... so what I propose are two things:

                      1. On exit, if you are recording, you are given a prompt to also end recording or leave it…

                      • Video conferencing on web client

                        I'm trying to get people here to migrate slowing from Skype for Business to Teams. Unfortunately the install able app tends to crash often, so more people are using the web client which is more stable, faster, and cross platform.

                        Unfortunately it seems a lot of the functionality we need isn't there, like video conferencing. It seems Microsoft keeps trying to push apps instead of web apps and that seems to be a mistake. I'm sure it's easier to implement, but being able to work completely off the Office 365 website without any installed apps is a much preferable method…

                        • Break out rooms for teams calls.

                          To be able to use teams to conduct training webinars, would want to be able to have delegates breakout of main video call into seprate channels to have smaller group chats and come back into main room. Without having to drop in and out of calls.

                          • Adjust video panes

                            Need to be able to move video panes and reorganize them on the screen. I.e. if 4 people are in a video call, two will appear in roughly square panes on one side, and another will be in an elongated pane on the left. The left pane is in portrait and we cannot see the group and if this pane were on top, it would be landscape oriented. I mean, just have an option to make it like google hangouts where I can click who to focus on or it auto-senses based on who's talking.

                            • Have end users change participant settings (lobby settings) for Teams meetings

                              • OneNote Meeting Details (outlook) integration

                                Currently there is a "Meeting Details" feature in OneNote or "Meeting Notes" feature in outlook. This feature allows you to link a OneNote page to a meeting, it pulls in the meeting details, and using skype it automatically tracks who is in attendance.

                                Please expand this feature to Teams so that it automatically tracks who is in attendance. It would also be nice to expand upon this feature to have it automatically create pages when a meeting is scheduled for that team.

                                • Allow us to remove the office 365 group from meeting invitation

                                  When creating a meeting in a Teams channel, it automatically includes the Office 365 Group that mirrors the Team on the invite list - and you CANNOT remove it. This has the consequence of sending an actual invite to your meeting to *everyone* in the entire Office 365 Group. This makes it impossible to just have a small meeting in a channel without disturbing or inviting unintended guests. This seems insane? Even if you must include this Office 365 Group in the list of invites by default, at least let us remove it! But really, it should not be there…

                                  • Stop Emailing Everyone About a Channel Meeting

                                    • Upcoming/started meeting reminder with Join button in channel

                                      Currently in order to join meeting that does not have any participants yet, user has to go to Meetings tab and click Join. This creates meeting message in channel with convenient 'Join' button others can use to join the meeting directly from the channel. It would be nice if Teams would post automatic messages about upcoming/started meetings in the channel with the Join button, so everyone can join directly from the channel.

                                      • Need to invite non-team members to a channel meeting

                                        When scheduling a channel meeting, we can only invite team members, no one else. We need to be able to invite other people (non-team members), as well as conference rooms. None of our team or the other groups we have piloting this tool can schedule a conference room into a CHANNEL based Teams meeting. If it is a standard Teams meeting, we can invite whoever - so we know it is possible - it just won't work for Channel meetings.

                                        • Cancel Meeting within a Series

                                          When running scrum, often times single occurrences of a recurring meeting need to be cancelled. For example, on days where we have demo or sprint planning we usually cancel our daily standup. It would be great if we could do this with meetings that are scheduled using Microsoft Teams
