Hi there, you’ve reached the user feedback site for Microsoft Teams. It’s managed by our Customer Advocacy Team inside Microsoft Teams Engineering led by Karuana Gatimu. Our entire team believes in representing your needs inside our engineering group and we appreciate the time you take to share them with us.   1. Android update lost all my history

    Also says I'm not a part of any teams when I'm on 2 teams. No chat history with multiple colleagues. I send 30-40 chat msgs a day.

  3. Group.Unified.Guest template doesn't contain options for AllowToAddGuests setting

    I' d like to set the setting AllowToAddGuests to false on the template level for Group.Unified.Guest. It is possible only on a specific group level.
    You can change the same setting to the Group.Unified template though
    Details: I am actually looking for disabling the addguest option for the future teams as well as the existing teams except few of them.
    But this is not working as expected as group.unified.guest dosent contain any attributes or ID

  4. You can not "Like" automated email posts to channels

    You can not "Like" automated email posts to channels from the Mac desktop app (and possibly Win desktop). You can like from IOS app.

  5. chat title shows wrong contact


    • Start chat with 2 people: Person A, Person B

    • Observe that title of chat shows Person X(incorrect), Person B(correct)

    • Hover over Person X and see the expanded contact card for Person A (correct)

  6. Box upload causes excessive RAM usage

     had to upload some large 2GB mp4 files. 
    Using the Teams Windows 10 app, no progress as the app instantly crashed. 
    Using the website, RAM usage was consistently at 90%, read speeds were also excessively high, and network usage was 0 (yup no network usage at all) for the entire 2 hour duration I tried uploading. 
    Going directly to the Box website worked fine and had my files uploaded within an hour.

  9. permissions not enforced and also not consistent between desktop and mobile app

    In the mobile app, I see a delete option in the menu and it works. In the desktop app, I have no delete option. My CTO tells me that deletes are turned off in permission settings.

  13. Planner is not opening

    None of the Planners are opening any more. They are still available by going to Planner via website, they are not opening from within the Teams desktop app

  17. email icon should start just one email

    Clicking on the email icon for a person starts an email message in Outlook, and then another message starts about a minute later without any interaction. I'm expecting the first one, not the second. It should start just one email message.

    I'm using the Windows Teams client on Windows 7 with Outlook 2013

  20. PCアプリでメールから取り込んだ会話にいいねが出来ない

    PCアプリ利用時にTeamsのチャネル内会話で
    メールアドレスに送られて取り込んだ内容に対して
    いいねボタンを押すことができない。
    ※iPhoneアプリの場合押下可能。
