  1. Multiple account bug

    There is a bug that gets the app caught in a refresh cycle now that i have two orgs tied to the same federated login. It started on the mobile app on android after i switched to the new org. Now when i launch after a longin refresh... Enter password, the login and it starts.

  2. Make Brower and Desktop Client Consistent

    I keep finding differences between the Client and the browser version of Teams. This makes it very difficult to teach people and to troubleshoot. Please provide IDENTICAL functionality in the 2 environments.

  3. search bar freezing & date searches

    My teams app on W10 Pro is generally stable until I use the search bar. If the result is within a day or so fine, but if its more than that teams starts lagging terribly, sometimes it hangs completely for over 10 minutes before I manually close it. Additionally closing isn't good enough as you have to exit from the taskbar to fix it. IT seems like the search just keeps going and there's too many results to handle. Adding advanced search features like date/time range will help limit results and amount of query time on the internal systems.

  4. Incoming PSTN calls don't reliably ring on Android

    On an LG V40, after closing the app, incoming PSTN calls no longer ring. Permissions for all notifications are turned on and the phone is not in Do Not Disturb mode. I do however immediately receive a missed call notification.

  5. 1. Showing me as "Away" even though I am active 2. Very hard to copy text from the chat!

    Hello my name is Satya, I started using Teams in consideration to my boss recommendation. today(the next day) I am facing this problem which is even though I am active it is showing me as "Away" which is considerably serious issue for me at work place.

    another main thing is, we use IM in our everyday workspace to send and receive texts that needs to be copied and pasted somewhere else, but you might have already noticed if you try to copy something form the chat box it is very hard.

  8. You should mAke it easier to open filés because i sent a file from Word and my teacher couldn’t open it

  10. Olá, estou com problemas no outlook 2016, ao encaminhar imagens no corpo do texto, não é possível abrir em versões anteriores.

    Aberto chamado Ticket #:12017515 e informado com técnico que problema continua mesmo após vários testes e configurações;

  12. The app updates strangely

    The android app doesn't update right. It splits my chat into several based on random notifications. So I have 4 of the same chat going. Also it doesn't always refresh properly with the latest messages.

  13. HTTP503 Error inside the Teams Administration Console

    After Login to Office365 and then to the Teams Admin page (https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/) it shows a HTTP503 Error when clicking various links in that Administration area.

  14. Emoji Bugs

    We had a user today that experienced an issue after sending an emoji in a chat with one other user.

    The message appeared cut-off at the time stamp. and any messages after were unable to be seen. The message receiver saw it normally and was able to respond normally, however as mentioned already, the affected user was unable to see any new message that came in; Except for the "preview" that is shown in the side window.

    They were able to restart teams and have the issue resolved, but thought id point out the bug in case more users have…

  15. HTMLOptionElement object could not be cloned

    When creating a configuration URL for a custom app, I get this error message (debugging through MS Teams web application)...

    Uncaught DOMException: Failed to execute 'postMessage' on 'Window': HTMLOptionElement object could not be cloned

    Which occurs in the MicrosoftTeams.min.js SDK file I've downloaded and referenced locally.

  16. Emails sent from a task have the incorrect title.

    This may have come from renaming the task. The task itself has the correct title and information.
    I then responded to what I thought were the assigned team members but it shows as a comment in the task. While the comment makes sense to the members it does not make sense to the task and needs to either be edited or removed.

  17. Cursor disappears from all apps on monitor

    Cursor disappears while toting in Teams, and does not reappear when I move the cursor around. Other apps on the same monitor also lose cursor I move it outside Teams. Moving it to another monitor and it reappears. Must click on a noter window for it to stay, then move it back to Teams. It looks like it is in the background behind the apps on the monitor with Teams on it.

  18. BUG: Fix bug where top part of app becomes hidden/transparent. This is happening on my monitor when

    The top part of the application can become transparent/hidden and it is difficult to get it back to normal. My screen size is 1920 x 1200. In Full screen mode, at some point the top band of the window stops updating and becomes transparent. If I click on that section, the click goes to whatever is underneath the window in that location where the application should be visible. The click is not registered by the application so it becomes impossible to do certain operations that require the top part of the UI to perform. The only way I have been…

  19. Scroll not working in Organization tab

    While in Organization TAB scroll is NOT working if window is maximized. If you resize the window to be smaller than the size of the screen then the SCROLL works.
