  1. Adding Groups for Meetings

When scheduling a meeting, only individual persons can be added from the adress-book.

It would be however more favorable to be able to add groups to a meeting, either a teams-goup or even better groups from outlook.

This would help arranging several meetings in a row significant

  2. Use planner to overview all plans across all teams

An overall plan showing all tasks / meetings scheduled across all teams would be very useful. Also being able to view other peoples plans across all teams would also be greatly helpful.

  3. Ability to have meeting template choices (user defined) when click Schedule A Meeting

Instead of blank meeting invite, I have standard verbiage I add depending on the meeting's purpose. I'd like to have choices i.e. Requirements Gathering Meeting, Testing Meeting, etc.

  4. Possibilty to add an O365 user (not a team member) to a team-meeting

It should be possible to add an O365 user to a team meeting, without the user being part of the team.

Example: I'm in a meeting with my team members and we have a question about a certain problem. We need the expertise of an engineer that is not part of the team. It would be great if we can add the engineer to the meeting to discuss the question and remove him from the meeting when the question is answered.

This is not possible with the MS Teams meetings nowadays. I can add members from the team, but not…

  5. Pre and Post Meeting Scheduler with Presenters and Producers

When a New Live Event is created a Pre and Post Meeting Scheduler with the Presenters and Producers should have a second Start and End time frame.

  6. 15 minutes interval opening hours Autoattendant

When setting opening hours in AutoAttendant 15 minutes schedule is not possible. This is real nice for customers who has open from 08:00 AM to 15:45 (or 3:45 PM)
This does not work in Powershell either or in Gui. This can be showstoppers for some customers or that they look into something else.

  7. The Meetings Tab should check the current day and update dispaly accordingly.

I keep Teams open all day. When I leave for the day usually Meetings is the open tab. When I then login the next day, the Meetings calendar has not updated - it still shows the text 'today' but displays yesterdays meetings.

Meetings should update and know what day 'today' is

  8. fix meetings to have functional hyperlinks

Meetings that have been added to Outlook from an invitation file do not show a clickable hyperlink like they do in Outlook. The encoding seems to be getting lost when it renders in Teams

  9. Copy and paste of participants for conference call invites

Copy a participants list (emails) from a previous call invite or from an email and paste it in a new conference call invite.
When having a long list of people it comes handy to be able to copy and paste.

  10. Show your planner items/tasks on your calendar

Show your planner items/tasks on your calendar. With the "planner" app I create "tasks" for people to do. I write descriptions, a check-list, assign it to someone and create a due date. It would be AWESOME if those tasks showed up on the calendar tab!

  11. Adjust your default date when scheduling meetings in Teams.

If I navigate to a day on my calendar to schedule a meeting, the system should not default back to today's date.

  13. We need an overall project schedule

I am an Architect for a large architecture firm in Dallas, Texas.
We need an overall project schedule that we can issue & progress thru with our team. This would be great if we could set milestones that would hit peoples outlook calendars as well.
If this could work with "planner" as well, we can take large tasks, for the team, and break them out into smaller tasks for each individual. this would be very helpful.

  14. Reminders to certain actions

Suppose you have action items which are repeatative and needs to be updated on a weekly basis, then the person who is responsible for the action gets a weekly reminder for completing the task.

  15. Other people cannot remove a schedule meeting I put on a shared team (and I cannot remove other people's)

In a shared Team, only the person who puts a meeting in the schedule can delete the meeting.

  16. Outlook calendar integration - ability to invite distribution lists/groups as attendees

Need the ability to use distribution lists/groups as attendees, rather than having to type every attendees email address individually.

  17. Schedule as a Team Mailbox in MS Teams

We have a dedicated Scheduling team with multiple mailboxes for different projects/customers, etc. Each have their own Shared Mailbox, i.e. - Scheduling - XYZ customer. In MS teams we can't see the ability to send meeting invites from this team for our consultants/sales staff, etc. Is there a way to scheduling meetings as the "Scheduling - XYZ customer" mailbox, sending to the people you're scheduling for and for this to be visible to all of that scheduling team?

  18. Schedule a meeting for only myself

I am an Incident Manager and schedule meeting based on Incidents and support teams needed. However, as I do not know the attendees in advance, I'd like to be able to schedule a meeting without inviting anyone. Also would like to be able then provide a link to individuals as needed.

  19. Do not send updates to remaining invitees when removing an invitee or add a new one

If I have a meeting setup with a number of invitees and I then remove or add an invitee, an update is sent to all of the remaining invitees. I do not want this to happen.

You should add the option as per Outlook where you can decide to send the update to all invitees or just those added/removed

  20. Sending invites through Teams mobile application (Android, iOS, etc.)

Want to also schedule meetings through my smartphone using Teams. Removes the hassle of shifting from one application to another.
