  1. Add reminders that can be entered via chat text

Implement slash-commands (like Sl*ck) for reminders

    https://get.slack.help/hc/en-us/articles/208423427-Set-a-reminder

Display reminders in the calendar so we can manage them easily.
Combine reminders with mentions so colleagues can be reminded.

Fun item: Reminders are like any chat message and can use stickers or emoji etc ... ; we can have Office Drama reminders :-)

  2. Todo reminders in Teams

With the New ToDo-app you can set tasks with due dates, and they show up in Outlook Tasks.
I would like to be able to get reminders for these tasks also in Teams

  4. Add a conference room, when scheduling a meeting

When using the Teams "Scheduling a meeting" functionality, it would be really great, if there also was an option to review and book a conference room for the meeting, so that team members also had the possiblity to meet in person and online.

  6. Scheduling Meeting for Channel

When in the Create a Meeting window, you should be able add @CHANNELNAME as an Attendee of the meeting and all channel participants should receive a meeting invite...

  8. Anonymous Join for Meetings

Please allow for users to join meetings without signing in or the need for a guest account. It is not always necessary for the user to join the Team, but participate in a scheduled Teams meeting.

  10. Time Out Allowances

In order to move over to Microsoft Teams Shifts we urgently need the ability to assign an allowance for each of the time off categories.

This is to ensure the manager and the employee understand how much time off balance they have. This is something which we asked for in Staffhub which went nowhere due to the app being discontinued.

We need to be able to set the allowances in days and hours to suit each team.

  11. personal meeting room

I have been using gotomeeting and zoom for a while and both provide a "personal meeting room" link that I can put in my signature. I can tell anyone I need to meet with (internal or external) to click the link in my signature to meet now and they will get put into a lobby until I start up my meeting. I also get notified if someone is sitting in my lobby waiting to start a meeting. This would be the final feature we need to switch over to Teams.

  12. calendar

Microsoft Teams creates a SharePoint Group with Calendar, but I'm unable to create an appointment event on calendar. Instead it's forcing me to create a meeting and invite users. This is not ideal when we don't want to block off time w/ users calendars but rather have the ability to see an overlay of scheduled events/appts. For example, Benefits Enrollment Period.

  13. SYNC CALENDAR

Under the meetings section, it would be very useful to be able to Sync a calendar of which you already use, rather than inputting meetings etc into more than one calendar.

  14. Sync Outlook meetings with team

When making changes to meetings in Outlook, the changes do not propagate completely . They would show up in side note, but not when you dig into the details.

  17. Schedule a meeting that does not include yourself

Make it possible to schedule a meeting involving members of your team but not include yourself. This would allow, say, and admin member of a team to arrange a meeting for other members of the team without the meeting appearing on their own calendar.
