Until this behavior is changed, I still have to remember to join some meetings only from Skype for Business.

It would be better to move the call, videocall, screen-sharing and add people buttons from the right-upper part to the bottom of the screen, because when closing the window one can unintentionally push the call or videocall button

Window needs to open up to a dashboard or a certain place without showing the conversations!

When You use MS Teams the chat and the channels are all lumped together. To be efficient at work I need to be able to see both at the same time. I tried opening a second teams like I do with outlook when I want my calendar up at the same time as my email but Teams doesn't do that. Either allow us to have two teams programs open at the same time or give us the option to separate the chat from the channels

The UI takes up a lot of screen real estate. Allow users to collapse it down to the navigation bar, then expand when actively using the program.

The icon for Teams shows the current logged in users' status but the name of the person to whom focus is selected within the chat window. If I was to glance at it it seems like Barb is free, but she is not. I am free but she is in focus in the client. Very confusing.

Why is it that the video window pane is not considered part of the navigation? I can use the forward and back buttons to interrupt my viewing and navigate away from my meeting, but not to get back to it after doing so. What gives? Is there a setting I'm not aware of here?

When Teams detects an issue and needs restarting, it should restart instead of telling the user to restart. I have this happen more and more in my production space.

Please add the ability for incoming attachments to be click and dragged to a specific folder or desktop.
pressing download and having to go to the download folder is really annoying.

Would be good to be able to adjust the settings after deployment especially from a reg key for corporate as this will help being about to make sure our users have the best experiance with the tools you provide them.
eg settings:
date and time
keyboard language
Auto Start
etc ....

Wie würde ein User denken? Welche Unterteilungen machen Sinn welche nicht? Haltet euch an best practices! Testet mit echten Usern, nicht mit eigenen Mitarbeitern. Gestaltet UX getrieben, nicht IT- oder Unternehmensstruktur-getrieben. Niemand will Monolithen mit schlechter UX. Fangt einfach und mit den Kern an und macht das gut.

historic chat data is very slow as there is no local cache and it is not possible to open pictures in a separate frame to view the picture i'm required to fullscreen the app which will still give me the header of the app and the image bar
also zooming on an image is very unituitive

when opening teams, it would be handy to be able to set a home screen to easily access they first thing you need, for example student could open onto the assignments tab, and staff could set the shifts tab as their home screen, but make it dynamic as everyone is different

I should not be shown posts where I do not have permission to view the files.

Skype business allowed us to view extention # in description area, Teams don't have that. Also can't hide chats when not chatting.
