  1. Turn down volume for other apps when you get an incoming Teams call

    I was listening to Spotify when I got a call on Teams. I had to manually turn down the volume on Spotify to be able to hear the Teams call. This happens automatically in Skype for Business.

  2. video bar at top of screen

    with many devices, the camera is at the top of the screen but when you're screen sharing the video bar is at the bottom of the screen so when you're looking at who's talking everyone looks like their eyes are closed because they're looking down at the bottom.

    if the video bar is moved to the top of the screen it eliminates this issue

  3. Add paging feature to the Teams client independent of the phone

    Add a feature to enable paging/intercom within the Teams client. and Teams native phones that would allow a user to receive a broadcast announcement. Currently using S4B and the paging feature is in the phone. None of the Teams native phones have this feature nor does the client offer it.

  4. Do Not Disturb for Calls

    We need the ability to quickly indicate do not disturb for phone calls in teams. Its obnoxious to have spammers interrupt my teams audio calls with the phone ringing.

    Will there be the ability to set business hours for Call Queues, like you can for AAs and Sfb Server Response Groups?

  6. Implement STIR/SHAKEN to address robocalls and other Caller ID spoofing

    Robocalls are a huge problem for most everyone with a PSTN phone number. Many calls are made from spoofed (fake) numbers which appear through Caller ID. STIR/SHAKEN is an telecom industry solution to allow carriers to block calls with spoofed Caller ID using digital certificates to authenticate authorized users of the numbers appearing on Caller ID. Microsoft should implement this system to allow Teams users the option to block calls with spoofed Caller ID. Keywords: robocall spam telemarketing unwanted fraud

  7. Enable call forwarding to mobile phones

    we would like to use MS Teams as a a solution for our telephone system and replace our old system for more than 3500 employees. But that means that we want to forward all calls from teams to our mobile phones. We already opened a ticket at the microsoft support and the answer was: "It is not possible to forward calls to mobile numbers only to contacts." We really dont understand this because there is the possibility in the settings to forward to a phone number. So please enable call forwarding for mobile phone numbers

  9. Mute "Unknown Participant is now Joining" message

    When joining large meetings, the notice of "unknown participant is now joining" is very disruptive. Please allow an option for an organizer to either mute this notice or be alerted when an "unknown participant is now joining".

  10. While in a call, add another person to the call

    Reopening previous UserVoice post per request of MS Support:

    "While in a call, you should be able to add another person (or more than one) to the call, to instantly create a group call. Similar as in Skype by clicking the "+" button."

    This is NOT completed - this feature, as well as various other features (such as Delegate Call-As) are not available in PSTN calling/Calls tab, only Teams-to-Teams calling (via the Chat tab).

    These features have been marked as completed in the UserVoice as well as the roadmap but that is not correct.

  11. Opt in and out call queue's using / command

    Let users/agents be able to Opt in and Out call queue's using the Teams Client. Ideally using the / command option.
    Now they need to use https://aka.ms/cqsettings

  12. Echo cancellation

    Teams needs echo cancellation options. Some microphones are sensitive and pick up speaker noise, causing speakers to hear voice feedback. Other noteworthy competing products have echo cancellation features.

  13. PSTN calls: Music on Hold when transferring (Music on Transfer)

    So Music on hold works when you just click 'put on hold'

    But why not when 'transferring' or 'consult than transfer'?

    now users who are getting transferred hear just silence... and they hang up...

  15. Teams Group chat Calling

    Teams Group chat calling either through Audio or Video,

    when we press the call button we need to popup a attention message that we are about to call all the members in the group, as we have noticed people calling group chat mistakenly & that rings every single person in the group which was by mistake.

    I would apply this popup message only to group chats not to p2p calls

  17. Acknowledge or thumbs up button for calls

    It would be great if there was a thumbs up button or something for use in video calls (especially with a lot of people). For example someone may as 'can everyone here me?' and people can press the thumbs up button instead of messaging in the chat or turning their mic on saying yes then turning it off again

  19. Call queue and auto attendant managers

    In Skype for Business there was an option to add a manager to a response group. This allowed a non-IT admin to change hours, holidays, queue members, etc.

    Is this coming to Teams (or is it already available and I'm not looking in the right place?)

  20. Delete call history

    Please enable the "delete call history in MS-Teams.

    Like other MS instant messaging tools, Skype has a history feature through which it archives all the chats and call history, and stores them locally on your client desktop, laptop or wireless device.

    If a user wants to erase this history, it can be done easily by deleting the previous chats and call details and disable the Skype history feature by changing the settings. Skype is a Microsoft product and has this functionality. Yet MS-Teams lacks this basic feature. Please prioritize this functionality within the backlog. It will clear/optimize the application…
