  1. Doesn't show Audio Call start, stop, and duration on Chat

    For some reason Audio Calls stopped recording the start and stop times, as well as duration of the Audio Call, on the Chat window. There is no record whatsoever that we switched to Audio. I still run Windows 8, so maybe it's because you're trying to pull the plug on Windows 8? :)

  2. Use Contacts For Inbound Calls

    Use the contact list to look up callers name and company based on the caller ID. Ideally this could also use the global address book from Exchange but would be fine to just use the local contacts.

    Also, when creating a contact associate the call history with the contact so the call history list shows name and company rather than just number.

  3. Webcam quality is very low

    I have a full HD (1080p) webcam which hasn't the same quality in video call than with Skype for Business. We also have fiber optic Internet connection so it's not the cause of the poor image.

    It happened on many different computers so I guess it's an issue from Teams.

    Question: can you make the video quality much higher?

  4. Use annotation tools on a PPT in Teams Call

    I miss the ability to use Annotation Tools together on a shared PPT in a Microsoft Teams call. Previously we were using Skype for Business and there this was possible. The Whiteboard is not sufficient for this purpose, since there are no text entry options for example.

  5. Allow selection of camera flicker frequency between 50hz & 60hz

    Allow selection of camera flicker frequency between 50hz & 60hz like the setting that is available in Skype for Business.

    We are just starting to use Teams for video calls and the frequency of the lights causes video flicker because this is not configurable.

  6. have more than one phone number per contact

    I can only input or see one phone number per contact. majority of people have work phone numbers and cell phone numbers.

    Users want to have the option to record one-on-one calls in MS Teams.

  8. DTMF Tones do not work when in a call

    If i use teams to make an external call (using my skype for business phone number) the DTMF tones are not detected. So if i'm on a call that asks me to enter my PIN or some other input, it does not work

  9. picture-in-picture

    make video calls available to be used as small picture-in-picture windows (maybe with each member of the call being draggable) so that the videos can be overlaid onto the screen when working, and resized to be as big or as small as desired.

  10. Push-to-talk

    Push-to-talk is a basic and crucial feature of any group-call focused software. It should be the default, the majority of users do not understand the concepts of feedback and echo which makes group calls a living nightmare.

    How this was not a feature from launch is beyond me.

    Like on an iPhone ..there should be an ability to forward voicemail to other team members.

  12. Opt in and out call queue's using / command

    Let users/agents be able to Opt in and Out call queue's using the Teams Client. Ideally using the / command option.
    Now they need to use https://aka.ms/cqsettings

  13. Allow call agents to answer the call directly without playing the music on hold for a call queue

    With a call queue, music on hold is played until a call agent answers the call, but this is unnecessary, so I would like to make a call agent answer the call directly without playing the music in Microsoft Teams call queue.

  14. Mute "Unknown Participant is now Joining" message

    When joining large meetings, the notice of "unknown participant is now joining" is very disruptive. Please allow an option for an organizer to either mute this notice or be alerted when an "unknown participant is now joining".

  15. Green Button to Answer Call

    Desktop version.
    Highlight the "answer" button as green. The "don't answer" is red and the others are purple. The eye draws to the red and I always end up cancelling the phone call.

  16. Calls - Big Green button to answer calls

    Change the UI for call so the when receiving a call, the button are more like a mobile phone UI. At present, the only button that is coloured is the 'hang up' option. People inadvertently hang up as they click the only but that 'pops' is red. They then have to ring back because they've hung up.

  17. Generate call reports for Teams meetings

    Would be great to have organizer be able to generate a call report at the end of each meeting containing call information (attendees, chat transcript, recorded video location, etc.) This could be used for sending out meeting recap etc.

    Allow users to annotate over top of a video while collaborating. This would be useful for service calls

  19. Freely Switching Between Screens When Screensharing

    Looking for the ability in screen sharing where you can freely switch between screens without having to manually go back into the video call and switch screens. There is a big lag time and it interrupts your though process when explaining things over video call. Let me know if there's a way around this!

  20. Side by Side Video Chat window (for multi-party >2 video chat) Getting Cut Off

    We frequently have 3-way video meetings. All parties have widescreen video cameras (required to capture all staff members sitting at boardroom tables at each location) Teams places the 2 external location video streams side by side and subsequently cuts off half of each picture. There are no options to re-arrange the video pictures independently or to show, full screen, who is talking. Ideally, we'd like to be able to resize each of the party's windows how we see fit (including a option to move/resize/hide the window showing what our own camera sees, allow the active speaker's window to take top…
