  1. While in a call, add another person to the call

    Reopening previous UserVoice post per request of MS Support:

    "While in a call, you should be able to add another person (or more than one) to the call, to instantly create a group call. Similar as in Skype by clicking the "+" button."

    This is NOT completed - this feature, as well as various other features (such as Delegate Call-As) are not available in PSTN calling/Calls tab, only Teams-to-Teams calling (via the Chat tab).

    These features have been marked as completed in the UserVoice as well as the roadmap but that is not correct.

  2. Meet Now Button on Android in Channels

    On the desktop/web app, you can click "Meet Now" in a channel to start a video call. However, in the Android app, you can only start calls via selecting individuals in a private chat. The "Meet Now" button should be enabled in channels on the Android app so that an all-team video call can be started without a desktop.

  3. Link audio conferencing to video session via Participant ID

    Every other web conferencing solution I've used has had the feature that displays a "Participant ID" on the screen when joining the meeting, which you can then enter via keypad on your phone when you call into the audio conferencing line. This links your audio and video session together so the system knows that you are a single person, instead of two different users.

    The feature should be available in both the desktop client and the web client.

  4. call hand off between devices

    add the capability to hand off video and audio calls between devices.
    lets say you are late back to your desk so you join a meeting or answer a Teams call using your mobile. when you get back to your desk you should be able to and the session on the mobile and continue on your PC.

  5. Adjust the volume of individuals in a group call

    Like discord I would like to adjust the volumes of each member in the call.
    This is to adjust volume levels to the microphones they are using, or lower background noise from other participants.

  6. Enhanced Call Queues

    When will Serial Routing call queues be enhanced? Currently the routing is based on the alphabetical structure of the distribution list which does not work for my call groups. We need the ability to define the routing by agent.

  7. Persistent call controls on active calls

    In Teams Calls while on an active voice call, the call controls disappear from view. Can you add a Setting to make the call controls persistent for active calls?

    This is particularly a problem after opening the Dialer, which makes it so that when you hover over the teams window, the call controls do not re-appear. You must close the Dialer before you are able to successfully end a call.

    If you cannot add an option to make call controls persistent, can you add in the call controls to the Dialer area?

  9. Ability to zero out of voicemail to operator

    When a incoming call goes to voicemail, we would like to see the ability for the caller to press zero (0) and get the operator.

  10. Personalised muting

    I want to be able to mute someone in my headphones without muting them for other participants.

    If I have a participant in the room with me who is also logged in on their own device as a participant, I hear their voice in real life and then on the call after some lag.

    I want to mute them so I don't hear this lag, without muting them to the other participants or muting my headphones.

    Essentially I want just a small amount of the kind of control available in Digital Audio Workstations like Logic or Pro-Tools to mix a…

  11. Make a call on behalf of a Call Queue

    A call queue agent should be able to make a call on behalf of the call queue they are a member of. The calling line ID should be shown as the number associated with the Call Queue and not the agent's personal number.

  12. Show call history for calling queues, including which user answered the call

    In the desktop app, at least, show the call history for calling queues of which the user is a member.

    If the user is a member of multiple queues, make the list filterable or selectable by calling queue.

    The history should also show which user/agent answered a call so the other members of the calling queue can tell what happened, including whether the call was transferred and to whom (but there should be some security around this detail so administrators can configure this for the necessary amount of privacy).

  13. Answer a call with a message

    In SfB, it was possible to answer a call with a message (the call was denied, but chat window opened).
    I used this functionality quite often. I looking forward for this feature!

    so please add a third button to the incoming call dialog, which denies the call, inform the caller that I am selected to answer with a message and open the chat window to the caller.

  14. Keep background settings between calls

    The new backgrounds are great! However, settings go back to default after the call has ended. Please remember my previous camera background setting so I don't have to set it again every call.
    Second choice is to be able to set blur or background before entering the call.

  15. Being able to create break out rooms in Microsoft Teams video meetings

    I am a user of zoom and really enjoy the ability to create breakout rooms during calls. Helps to battle the talking at feeling of video calls

  16. Retain Caller ID Information in Call History

    When a call comes in there is caller ID information, but the history does not retain this information. Can the caller ID information be retained?

  17. Disable Audio, Video, and Desktop sharing by user

    Our users are spread across the globe, with varying bandwidth strength and local policies on video calling. We desperately need the ability to enable audio, video, and desktop sharing in Teams only to a subset of users (either by users or by location). We are able to do this with Skype, so makes sense to do the same in Teams.

  18. When video calling, pop out into its own window

    When you make, or receive, a call in Teams, i want to pop it into its own window similar to how SFB worked. This is because i have my chats on one screen and my videos on another screen and many times, if we are sharing screens, i make it full screen. When it does so inline, i am forced to move my teams window to my other monitor and then have to move it back when finished.

  19. Doesn't show Audio Call start, stop, and duration on Chat

    For some reason Audio Calls stopped recording the start and stop times, as well as duration of the Audio Call, on the Chat window. There is no record whatsoever that we switched to Audio. I still run Windows 8, so maybe it's because you're trying to pull the plug on Windows 8? :)

  20. Allow selection of camera flicker frequency between 50hz & 60hz

    Allow selection of camera flicker frequency between 50hz & 60hz like the setting that is available in Skype for Business.

    We are just starting to use Teams for video calls and the frequency of the lights causes video flicker because this is not configurable.
