  2. Desactivate Ring Back Tone played byTeams client

    When calling via Direct Routing, I hear 2 successive and different Ring Back Tones.
    The first one is played by the teams client. The second one is played by the SIP Trunking provider. This is quite confusing.
    Can we have the possibility to de-activate the local Ring Back Tone by user setting or at least powershell ?

  4. Video Chat does not show all other participants in full screen

    For some reason on Mac OS when you are in full screen it shows fewer of the participants video windows along the bottom than when not in full screen mode. I would expect no difference.

  5. A way to test audio and video

    like in skype, check call quality. I don't always know if my headset is working properly

  6. Headset

    Will teams work on a PC will regular headsets or will they need to be SfB compatible? Are their any wireless ear buds that connect to a PC that work with Teams? Apple ear pods?

    We need a setting that enables a required confirmation before calling multiple people!!!!

  8. How preview your web cam video before you start a video conf call?

    No option to preview web cam (on Mac) before you start a call. Skype has a very intuitive place to do this in their Preferences

  9. keypad

    When having a web meeting call the Teams number, many times a user needs to enter a 1 or * to get in. Having the keypad available as soon as the call is answered would be beneficial when answering a call. This avoids having to click into and open the keypad. Saves a few steps when joining the call.

  10. Calls don't go thorugh

    Sometimes I make or receive phone calls and the other person (or myself) might not see the call even if we're both online. We have also tried sending each other a message just to confirm that they go through but the call still doesn't.

  11. user call quality reports

    Is it/will it be possible to access media quality reports for individual Teams a/v calls and desktop sharing sessions as is available for Skype For Business to help with call quality issues troubleshooting ?

  12. Provide Visual Indicator of What Part of My Webcam is Visible

    When I'm on a call w/ multiple people, their webcams are cropped but they have no way of knowing this. Please see the screen shot. The person in the red box thinks they are in frame but they are not.

    Please add some type of indicator of what is visible to others. See the yellow lines in my screen shot.

  13. Handle two people calling each other simultaneously

    My team member and I called each other at the same time. It did not work. I ended up just waiting and waiting with no answer. My colleague tried to answer my call by it just hung up.

  14. Sharing only Apps not the whole desktop

    While doing a VC or Audiocall currently only full screensharing is possible, so the other caller also sees his own Video stream.
    It would be helpful to choose only definite apps. This is also helping privacy.

  15. Mac app exits full screen after call

    I keep the teams app open full screen on a separate desktop on my mac. Whenever I enter a call and screen share, after the call ends the teams app is now windowed on my primary desktop and I have to fullscreen it again. When the day is full of calls this can be a very frustrating activity

  16. Telephone Integration

    The "Call Me At" feature and options of Skype for Business Online must be added to Teams long BEFORE you can call this ready for use. Come on Microsoft, ready, fire, aim doesn't get people to move from Slack!

  17. picture-in-picture

    make video calls available to be used as small picture-in-picture windows (maybe with each member of the call being draggable) so that the videos can be overlaid onto the screen when working, and resized to be as big or as small as desired.

  18. Teams test Call should include Video and Latency Test

    The current Test Call solution does not accounts for Video or Screen Sharing.
    A real test call example should account that the user might need to share screen or video during the call. Voice only is not sufficient.
    We have seen many times were Voice alone is enough, but when enabling Video the voice will start breaking up.

  19. speed dial

    As far as I can tell, dialing from the "Speed Dial" cards only enables calling the recipient through Teams, not a different phone (mobile, work, etc.). Understand this can be done through the Contacts section, but having to go there defeats the purpose of the Speed Dial cards. Skype has similar functionality - when you click the "phone" button you have the choice of number/method.

  20. teams setup performance for phone system

    when i add a phone number to a new user. i must wait up to 24 hours until the setting is available. in other areas it takes a long time until the changes are set. please make the setup changings faster.
