Hi there, you’ve reached the user feedback site for Microsoft Teams. It’s managed by our Customer Advocacy Team inside Microsoft Teams Engineering led by Karuana Gatimu. Our entire team believes in representing your needs inside our engineering group and we appreciate the time you take to share them with us. Here’s how to get your voice heard:

1 — VOTE for existing ideas (this will also subscribe you to the idea’s status updates)

    T-Bot should send a chat message whenever there is a post in the 'What's New' tab.

  3. add email list question to who bot

    Add a question for the WHO bot to answer like, Who is in mailing list XYZ? Or, What are the current mailing lists for <Username>

  4. Don’t hang up on people waiting for tech support, *****.

    ...and when they provide a call back number, and you hang up on them, um I don’t know....CALL THEM BACK??? *****...

  5. T-Bot no more working

    Using T-Bot we ALWAYS get this repsonse in Germany:
    "Leider kann ich momentan keine Verbindung herstellen, um Ihnen zu helfen. Wir arbeiten an der Behebung des Problems, versuchen Sie es in Kürze erneut."
    Engl.
    "No connection at the moment.... Try again later."

    We tried this over weeks... NOT WORKING.
    Kill this bot!

  7. Who bot error loading tab

    Whenever I access the "area experts" tab within Who tabs, it says error loading.

    That's the most important PART!!

  9. "who" to provide also content, not just names

    I like the "who" bots.

    Would be even better if there could the possibility to find, i.e., the mail exchanged, not just the name...

  10. Who Bot needs to be able to search beyond my immediate Teams for Experts

    If I ask "who knows about X" I only get back "I found one person who knows about x in teams you're a member of"
    That's moderately useful but not greatly. Ideally I'd want to cast the net across the company and ping whoever it is a PM. I know who knows what in my small teams

  11. Start checking the connector/bot submittions

    My connector submission (Cloudbot for Azure) has been pending for at least a month with no receipt, reply or acknowledgement.

    I put quite a bit of effort into creating this submission and coding it, do you check the submissions list at all?

  12. Allow a bot to be a full user

    It would be great if you could make a Flow bot a user in Teams that could chat to auser one on one, to gather info form them to initiate Flows.

  13. french video for T-bot in MS Team

    Video proposed in T-Bot should be in french while the questions and answers is written in french. French MS Team video can be found on youtube.
