  1. Deleting WHO search history and results

It would be best to have an option to delete search history and results in WHO... this really clogs up the page, save option should be added so that the search results can be added to the WHO pane

  2. Hide employee departures

When Teams is linked to Active Directory, disabling a user's account automatically posts to all channels that they've been removed. This is unfortunately very public disclosure within the company before a formal communiqué can be addressed.

  3. Allow images from SharePoint library

Hero card images works perfectly when using a "static" image from a site somewhere. But when using an image stored in a SharePoint Online image library, just a image placeholder is shown. I presume it has something to do with security/permissions, but it should work if everyone has access to a picture.

  4. Permit formatting of the "[User] used Microsoft Flow to automate this notification"

The formatting of the "[User] used Microsoft Flow to automate this notification" note added on to any message posted by Flow Bot into teams is quite large and often overwhelms the actual message.

If it's not possible to remove this tag line, can we at least make it smaller?

  6. Provide a way to alter the "Microsoft Teams endpoint returned HTTP error 429" threshold (or publicise a way to change it if it exists!

Provide a way to alter the "Microsoft Teams endpoint returned HTTP error 429" threshold (or publicise a way to change it if it exists!

People have automates outputs that sometimes send large quantities of posts BY DESIGN - create at least some way to control the 429 error threshold to cover for this eventuality.

  8. Outgoing Webhook Headers

Slack allows you to add headers when calling an outbound webhook. This is good from a security perspective because you can use basic auth at a minimum.

In teams this isnt an option, so when you send outgoing web requests you have to leave your target endpoint pretty much wide open to the world because there isnt a good way to add standard methods of authentication.

  10. Notify user when Flow Bot @mentions them

Flow Bot can now @mention users using the <at>email </at> tag, but this does not generate a notification. Could we notify the user the in the same manner when someone @mentions them during a conversation?

  11. Posting a message in a Conversation from the Flow bot should be able to tag users, or the entire team, using @

I am currently using MS Flow to post a message to teams when a MS Form is submitted and subsequently approved. People in my organisation have been complaining that they don't know when a form is submitted so it would make sense that the Flow Bot posting the message to Teams could tag the entire team or the individuals who would need to pay attention to it.

I've read things about using BBCode and the Bot Creator SDK but these aren't viable as I don't have a Visual Studio license. The simplest solution would be one that works within Flow.

  12. BOTs Automate Scripting for all Microsoft Modules

Create a BOT for admins that has all the MS modules loaded; type in English to “Admin” BOT what you want to do.

Admin Bot creates your script, you can modify and use under your creds.

Example: Grab all German users in German Team, give them this DLP policy; and this Teams Messaging policy. Would save a T O N of time. Makes us all PowerShell champions. More automation, more productivity, more efficiency, more security.

  13. Where did T-bot go?

I liked the T-bot. Where did it go? I cannot find it in Teams any longer.

  14. Make a bot to track gold stars given to team members.

Simple bot to give meaningless gold stars to millennial employees like myself who derive value from just such empty gestures.

    Example would be

Manager: "Star bot give @mikey 3 gold stars"
Bot: "Way to go! 3 gold stars given to @mikey"

Manager: "5 Gold stars to @Hufflepuff"
Bot: "Finally some recognition for my buds in @Hufflepuff"

  16. Who bot in default apps?

Who bot is available in the external apps.
Since it is supposed to be a Microsoft Corp app, it should not be stored with 3rd party apps.
We do not want to activate external apps for Microsoft new released features.

  17. Allow my bot to edit his messages.

My bot uses the headstone of the conversation to display contextual information. Over time, this context changes and I would like to ability for my bot to update the message. I'm not seeing anything for Graph/Bot Connector that allows me to change an existing message.

  18. Allow bots to have more control over messages they see

I'de like to create a super simple karma bot (none exist, that aren't paid) but the way the API works at the moment is that in order for a bot to even see/process a message, you are REQUIRED to mention the bot in the message. This is very annoying as most people are used to the "give karma" syntax being along the lines of: "@user++ [reason]" so, with the way the teams api works, they now have to cahnge it to "@<yourkarmabotname> @user ++ [reason]" this just feels unnatural.

We were previously using HipChat with a very simple karma bot…

  19. Keep T-Bot's 'What's new' up to date

T-Bot's 'What's New' feature is useful as we're determining whether to use Teams or not. But it's out of date already - I know there have been releases but the last entry is still July 31 2018.
