    • Delete bots that are not added to a specific team.

      You can delete bots from a team. However, for your own personal chats, you can install bots and then the only options are to either make them a favorite or block their conversation.

          • adjustable timeout on the outbound webhook reply (5 seconds not long enough)

            Currently if you use a outbound web hook to integrate with another system like a custom bot the time given for a response is only 5 seconds, that a fine default, but it needs to be adjustable so that bot/services that do some work before responding has time to do so. I would say up to 2 mins (the http standard timeout) though a recommendation to not go over 30 seconds for resources could get strained. You would need to put a max currently open connections from a user, team or channel to prevent some pretty horrid resource starvation attack…

            • Let us remove a bot from the list of 1:1 chats

              Allow users to remove the bot from their 1:1 chat screen and adding the bot again.

              • Support rendering of tables within cards

                It would be helpful to be able to render tables of values as part of the content of cards pushed into Teams via the connector/webhook functionality.

                  • bots and connectors per team

                    I would like admin controls over which Bots and Connectors are available to the entire organisation and which are only available to certain MS-Teams. At the moment if one is switched on it is available for all MS-Teams to be added. Ideally, this would be controlled by Group membership per Bot/Connector.

                      • Who-bot itegrations

                        The Who-bot is a fantastic addition to Teams. An API or some sort of integrations for Who-bot would be greatly beneficial for companies looking to provide a more tailored experienced for our users.

                        • Add speech to text option to chat interface

                          We use a chat bot via Teams only because the bot can authenticate the user against the id returned via the Teams API. We would like to add a speech based interface which is proving very difficult given the need to authenticate against AD. But if the Teams chat interface had the microphone button as per the Bot Web Chat interface this would be out-of-the-box functionality.

                          • Streamline Azure Bot Service publishing for internal use

                            The Bot publishing process seems pretty convoluted when you are just wanting to build bots for use internal to your organisation.

                            It would be good if Teams users within the same tenant could immediately access any bots with a Teams channel included in the Azure Bot Service. Perhaps in the channel settings the Office 365 Groups could be listed to fine tune access.

                                Fix help - It claims T-Bot is still there to help - which is not
                                and says you can click on profile picture at the top of the app to find Help - which you can't..
                                Don't even have a help category had to choose bot..

                                • Don't allow bots that do not support single user installations to be installed as single user installations.

                                  When installing a bot, there's the option to install it for a team or for myself. Some bots do not support single user installs, and shouldn't give the option for such when adding the bot.

                                    When adding @forms onto our conversations it will generate what looks to be the poll and then prompted the error: Sorry the poll could not be created.

                                    • More Teams training videos through T-Bot, and regularly kept updated, dont let these videos fall behind the curve. .

                                      I am absolutely a fan of been able to find training material within the Teams application, and this is fantastic to be able to point end users. But Teams has been updated very rapidly, and these videos are growing more and more out of date. Short, fun ,videos are key to training busy users. Please review how your future proofing this great training tool, and keeping it up to date and more variety. The ideal is a library full of these short videos.

                                        I'd like to see a bot that asks team members questions at a scheduled time each day and posts the answers to a channel. This could work like howdy.ai for Slack.

                                        • Add more languages to bots (for example Who-bot)

                                          Who-Bot in Teams is great, but it would be even greater if it could speak different languages, like Norwegian. ;)

                                          This bot doesn´t understand that many commands, so translating it shouldn´t be too difficult.

                                          It would help user adoption if people could use their native language.
