  1. service now

Please add Service Now as a connector to MS Teams. Would be great to get notifications and or perform actions like approve, start, assign, closed etc.

  3. Drive mode no longer available?

I was happily using Drive mode on my commute to work, only to find it's now disappeared from the iOS app - has anyone else experienced this?

Spoke with our o365 admin team and they say that they've not changed anything to block it

  4. Please make your T-Bot smarter. Might be integration with Cortana.

T-Bot cannot answer simple question like
    1. How is weather today?
    2. Who is CEO of Microsoft?

  5. Add all Office 365 help into the T-bot. One stop shopping for help through Teams T-bot.

I'm really enjoying T-bot, and finding the idea of bots for help, is great. Would prefer for this experience for all of Office 365. It doesn't make sense to have different help experience for each app. Would love to see the T-bot trained on all help content across Office 365 as the workloads converge like they have with Groups & Teams.

  6. Polly poll buttons should change highlighting after casting a vote

When clicking a vote option in a Polly poll, there doesn't seem to be any feedback that your vote was recorded (highlighting on the buttons don't change). The selected button should change its background color so you know your vote was recorded.

  7. change requirement to press tab button in order to make Polly bot work

It turns out that when using the Polly bot one has to press tab after typing "@polly". I can kinda see why this is necessary but I didn't figure this out for myself, I had to email Polly support who kindly replied (very quickly, within a couple of minutes) and pointed me to this article: https://www.polly.ai/help/msteams/author-poll-not-working.html which states

"If you tried something like @polly "Your poll in quotes" "voting option" "another voting option" but nothing is happening, then you’re likely not tagging Polly correctly. In Microsoft Teams, you need to hit tab after typing @polly in order for us to…

  8. Teams backend support for errbot framework

Errbot is a chat bot framework that is compatible with many backends such as HipChat, Slack, Mattermost etc. Supporting it would allow support for many existing bots and ease the development of new bots - http://errbot.io/en/latest/

  9. Forms bot: export results and delete forms

When using inline Forms bot I can answer to the poll. I need to export the results in some cases and there may be a need to delete the form + results. Bot should give control to export and delete results/forms.

  10. Mark 'Bots' which require paid services or additional licencing

Bot's are great additions for new functionality, but when we added a number of bot's we then received 1:1 messages from the bots advising we needed to purchase the services or licences to utilise them.

We then removed these bots, but this requirement is not clear when our users add bots to the Channels. It also at times posts the licence requirements into the Channel itself, which causes more confusion.

We would like to have an icon stating 'Paid' (or something similar) next to Bots in the add-in menu which require licences or payment for the functionality. This will prevent…

  12. Reduce some of the permissions that the new 3rd party Bots have

I'm looking at the new integration with 3rd party Bots. At the moment I am not adding any bots because of the permissions they require.

This bot has the following permissions:
Receive messages and data that I provide to it.
    Send me messages and notifications.
Receive messages and data that team members provide to it in a channel.
Send messages and notifications in a channel.
Access my profile information such as my name, email address, company name, and preferred language.
Access this team's information such as team name, channel list and roster (including team member's names and email addresses) -…

  14. adjustable timeout on the outbound webhook reply (5 seconds not long enough)

Currently if you use a outbound web hook to integrate with another system like a custom bot the time given for a response is only 5 seconds, that a fine default, but it needs to be adjustable so that bot/services that do some work before responding has time to do so. I would say up to 2 mins (the http standard timeout) though a recommendation to not go over 30 seconds for resources could get strained. You would need to put a max currently open connections from a user, team or channel to prevent some pretty horrid resource starvation attack…

  15. Who bot not working

Whenever I try to use the Who bot I get a generic error message as follows:

There seems to be a problem. Please ask me something else while I get to the bottom of this. (Error reference: ###)

You can ask me questions like the following:
    Who is Jane?
    Who are Jack's peers?
    Who is Roger's manager?
    Who does Emma work with?
    Who reports to Julie?
    Who knows about marketing?
Who did I meet with about product design?
Who has information about Microsoft Teams?
Who emailed me about launch in the past 2 weeks?
Who's the Bill that emailed me…

  17. Request to allow deleting a message posted by a bot in Microsoft Teams

Teams owner can delete a message which is posted by a bot to Microsoft Teams channel, however end-users would not be able to delete the message by a bot.

We would request you to allow end-users to delete the message.

  19. 'Who'-Bot: Marking messages as 'helpful' for more qualified "Who knows about..." answers.

The 'Who'-Bot brings a feature to search colleagues with specific knowledges.
'Who' therefore answers a "Who knows about..."-question with a list of Team users.
This knowledge of one user seems to be based on the users posts with the keyword given in the "Who knows about..."-query.
Therefore it would be great to be able to mark posts/chat message as 'helpful' or mark a message as 'verified answer'. Then only users who wrote helpful messages to a topic are listed in a result of a "Who knows about..." question.
Alternatively you could emphasize these users in the result set.
