Meeting started notifications should persist until dismissed or accepted
I often miss the start of a meeting because I am not at my desk when the meeting is started. The Join notification has come and gone.
My next move is to go to my calendar, find the meeting, click on it to see if it has started.. and then join.
Instead, the "join" pop up should persist until it is dismissed.
I already accept the meeting on my calendar. Obviously, I intended to join it. But if I miss the "blip" because I am away for a minute getting something before the meeting starts... or whatever, it would be nice if when I looked at my screen there was some indication that the meeting I was expecting to join had already been started by the host.
