Change the no picture Icon in Team meetings
It is strange to assume all company employees are men. To be more inclusive can you change the logo when people do not have a picture loaded up, to an icon or a picture of a man and woman?
Hej Brittney, long time no see!
I voted! I think all these things should be investigated. I just want to problematize the topic a little further. First of all, I think the root cause of the problem is the image we have on the appearance of a man and woman. Short cut vs long cut, broader shoulders vs thinner shoulder. I think there is a risk we actually invite criticism of proposing binary genders as standard, since there is a growing movement on this as well out there, (actually the Q in LGBTQIA is connected to this, if I understand correct). Personally if we are to change for purpose of inclusion, I think a unisex/non-*** identifiable character is better, without features that recreates the images we see in our minds.

Hiroaki san, You are correct! we need an Inclusive set up. . I hope they can do this for us. Thank you for your feedback. :) I wish I could edit the idea now to have the correct terms laid out. I hope they read our comments and see what we want.

I respect your idea and thank to your questioning from LGBTQIA+ point of view.
Honestly speaking, I am also not sure that if we could have a man and woman icons, we would solve this question. However, we should have choices in terms of "inclusive set-up" for the many people as possible. Better than nothing!
This is my feeling for now.
