don't switch storing meeting recordings from Stream to OneDrive without feature parity particularly for playback speed
Scenario: I didn't attend a meeting, now I want to quickly catch up on what was presented, previously I could speed up the playback speed and watch the meeting recording at x1.5 or x2, and now I can only listen to the video at x1
I believe Teams is switching storing meeting recordings from Stream to OneDrive as per doc here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/MicrosoftTeams/tmr-meeting-recording-change
Please do not do this without feature parity on playback speed. It's not an acceptable workaround to download the video and play it in a different player, often times I don't have permission to download the video.
And also Stream was much better to search for and discover meetings, have comments and likes, have an auto generated transcript, it's a much richer platform - eg. if I wanted to get a better idea of a different business unit, I have searched for and discovered relevant meeting recordings on Stream and actually gone through them. How would that work on OneDrive?
You should be facilitating knowledge transfer/discovery in an org, not making it harder / impossible.
