Set Inactivity Presence Timeout (Away if inactive after X minutes)
This was previously suggested and the idea ticket was planned, worked on, then closed, BUT the delivered change does not meet the original idea request.
Allow the user to set an 'inactivity time' in minutes, which would automatically set the status to Away after.
Manually set presence to Away, with a time in which the Away will revert back to Available.
This is the opposite of what the community wanted and voted for.
Please reinstate this idea so the voted for functionality can be added.

Good news everyone, they identified the wrong idea was closed and have reopened the original:
I agree 100%. Although the suggestion was closed and received a large number of votes, the delivered solution did not address the request.

I totally agree with this - I have no idea how Microsoft misunderstood the original post so much.
I want my users to be able to set the time before their status is going to Away, this is especially important since everything else than available will make users in some call queues to be skipped - even though they might be close to their computer and able answer the call.
