Guests (External users) on classroom teams can be assigned teacher functions
For education teams, especially in university it is very common to have external users (without an internal organisation account) to be part of the teaching team. Team owners should be able to assign them to the teacher role, currently external users (guests) are added as students. This is especially frustrating when assigning assignments, to have them being assigned to the external teachers. This means external guests with the privelege of being assigned as 'teacher' should have access to create, modify and assign assignments as well as have access to grading them. This should be under the control of the team owner.
