Make new calling experience GUI more flexible
The updated calling experience GUI is not felxible enough to meet different requirements.Some secions ( see coloured squares in the screenshot) are to small, others takes a lot of space but probably not of interest. Since TEAMS provide no specific attendant console for calls, the switchboard have to use the provided one. But there it is not possible to have a quick view wich clients are in a call or present at all bfore transfering an incomming call. In the old GUI it was at least possible at the favorites but in the new one this section is so small. on the other hand, recent calls are not of interest for a attendant but this section takes a lot of space in the GUI. So please make this calling GUI more flexible for clients do decide themselves wich section contains wich informations.

Totally agree. Speed Dials are many times more useful than history. Also, Speed Dials usually show presence reasons as well. Users generally add a bunch of folks to a group, expand the group and see who is around to take a call (like it was in SFB). This is impacting many users and they don't want the new UI for this reason. At the very least, provide an option for the end user to choose a layout.
