second organizer to Teams meetings
Allow another individual to be assigned as a second organizer so they can make changes to the meeting if the primary organizer is unable to do so for whatever reason. Having only participants being allowed to present is not enough. Some companies have multiple managers that run the meetings together and should be able to make changes. Thank you for your time.
I agree, this option is truely relevant so several reasons:
1) organizer could fall sick and creation of break-out rooms, etc. in a planned meeting is then not possble (as only organizer can do this)
2) often meetings are set up by assistance who do not participate in the meeting itself
3) in a virtual workshop it is streneous for an organizer to run the show on his own. Assistance by someone controlling technical things like (re-)assigning people to break-out rooms and opening / closing them, etc. or pulling together information from breakout Whiteboards would be extremely helpful.
