Often the files created by a Team require access by a wider community, without this community requiring access to the entire Team's workspace.

When deploying a new SharePoint Site you can set the Permissions for 'Visitors'.
It would be great if during the provisioning of a Team, you can also set 'Visitor' permissions for the associated SharePoint Site.

This would benefit building the 'corporate memory' of an organisation, and would also improve the relevance of SharePoint Syntex and Viva Topics.
