Do not steal focus of other applications when initializing
When Teams is closed and we first open it, it shows the "Loading Microsoft Teams" screen (attached is a screenshot of this screen). If we go to another application while Teams is initiating, when it finishes it "steals" the focus of the app we where working on, and moves it to the Teams window.
This is annoying because we may be typing on another application, and Teams suddenly becomes the active window.
It does not just steal once, it steals it in an infinite loop, just making the whole desktop environment unusable.
This is a pretty serious problem that needs to be fixed. Especially since it occurs a while after logon, when people are often still getting their other apps opened up and may be typing in passwords to sign into those apps.
Imagine you're signing into an app that launches on startup, you type in your password and press enter, only to look up and see that Teams has stolen the focus and you've just sent your password to a huge teams channel. Happens way more often than you might think.
