Put camera feeds on top of desktop window so people aren't looking down to view videos
The videos are currently being shown at the bottom of the meeting screen. Since most cameras are at the top of their laptop or as a separate webcam on a monitor, when people look at the videos, it looks like they are looking down and not really engaging with the others visually in the meeting.
