Tracking for info posted in Teams
We use Teams as our communication tool of choice to relay product information to the sales, customer support, and other teams.
When we post critical information, we tag it as 'Important' and also use '@' to tag the channel name.
HOWEVER, even when we do that we usually still only get about 10 thumbs ups max! And then a week later I have sales people emailing me asking when we are going to communicate the information!
This could be easily rectified if there was a 'mandatory' thumbs up that each person in the chat channel was required to do to prove that they had read the post.
This comes up very frequently and would be a hugely welcomed feature.
