It would be great for training purposes if the audio/video test functionality could offer the same functions as a real time call video such as share screen, apply a background, etc etc - rather than just testing audio quality.

If there was more scope to use the features that are currently available in a real time call, it would help an individual learn and play with it without having to actually call someone.
