クライアントから確認することは可能ですが、反映まで時間がかかるため、多くのアプリを制限する場合、手間がかかります。

It takes some time for set access policies to be reflected, but there is no way to use the Teams admin center to check whether this has happened or not.
While it is possible to check from the client, since it takes some time, if many apps are being restricted this creates a lot of work.
