multiple admins for breakout rooms
in situations where more than 1 person is managing/admining a meeting the meeting organizer should be able to "promote" participants to meeting admin to manage Breakout Rooms

We use this often as Scrum Master and it is critical for us. In some recurrent workshop / ceremony we cannot always attend therefore it force the participants to create themselves on the fly a new Teams Meeting and all move over.
Also in large workshop it helps to have 2 facilitators or more to move people from one room to another as session progress while the organizer might give instructions etc.

Yes Alex, PLEASE have the multiple admin for breakout room feature added. Agree also with idea for a suborganizer delegation authority

At times the organizer may also be a participant and not convenient for that person to break away OR there is a need for subgroups. It would be ideal if the organizer could allow "SUBORGANIZER" delegation authority to establish breakout rooms

This is an essential feature, and is needed urgently for large Teams sessions using breakout rooms with the need for mobile admin to move from room to room.

Multiple admins for breakout rooms - yes!
This is really important when you have other people booking the meetings for you.
I only join the booked meeting as an educator. But I need to be able to control the rooms I divide the participants into. -

This is a critical feature as we as a training company would love to use teams for our training however unable to do this as we have different hosts for the training than those setting up the meetings

the ideal would be when scheduling a meeting already has how to define this option, it would be of great help to already determine this option at the time the meeting is being set up

We use Teams for conducting multi-day training sessions, and by only allowing the organizer to administer the breakout rooms, that means that the organizer can't take any breaks or step away. The ability to have multiple admins (or to delegate an admin during the course of the meeting) would be fabulous.

This feature is really needed. As oftenly a secratary organises a meeting and or a training and the person conducting the meeting cant create the breakoutrooms because this person does not have the organisator role. Best practice would be to have meeting settings and to assign additionals person the organisator role.

Glad to learn MS Teams now has Breakout Room functionality. Shocked to learn that facilitator who is not the organizer could not move to different rooms. Hope to have it soon. Thanks.

This a functionality that is missing on the product and many other web conferencing tools have had it for the longest. It ends up being that we have to host meetings via other tools when this is to be needed.

My colleague and I co-facilitate staff training via Teams and it would be very helpful if we could both have "organizer" status for managing breakout rooms.
