Export feature for Approvals in Teams
Allow users to export Approvals so they can send to others not in the chat or save as a record for auditing purposes.
Thank you for your feedback. The team is planning for the work around the ability to export into the Approvals app. We will share an update as soon as one is available.
Yes, I agree. I intend to use Approvals for HR and finance related issues. For auditing and reporting, we need to be able to keep track and to export all requests, who approved which and so on.
I would add that it would also be great to receive an email at each step: request, approval, and so on. Just to keep track in Outlook as well.
For leave requests, that would also seem logical for the leave to automatically appear on the outlook calendar of the person who requested the leave, once it has been approved.
You said your team was working on it in April. Any news? Thank you

Absolutely Necessary without which it does not serve the purpose. Need It asap to use the functionality along with filter
Completely agree, The ability to forward in email/to a channel chat and to export to a .csv would be great
We need that absolutely! We would like to share the result with other teammates who are not in the same channel so that we can move forward accordingly.

We need, as commented below, to export the data in Approvals for auditing purposes. We are starting using Teams in my company but not Approvals due to the lack of this feature.

For auditing purposes, it would work if the approvals could be exported to a file (csv/xls) AND printed in a way that could satisfy an auditor (requestor/ approver name,names/date submitted/date approved/item approved/request detail and response/status). It's almost useless at this point except for menial tasks with no way to export.

This really should be implemented. Seems like a no brainer. Approvals in Teams is awesome, but totally need to be able to export them to other systems for documentation purposes.
